«We had an amazing stay at Dewa Retreat. The only thing we can put a finger on is the fact that the towels by the pool were simply rolled up again after use so the next person got a (potentially) dirty towel. We solved this by bringing our own towels from our room. I think this is simply an oversight, because everything else was so perfect and clean.»

«Staying at narayana was just perfect. It’s walking distance to Laxman Jhula and the hustle and bustle of Tapovan market. But when you return to the property its a peaceful quiet oasis. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful we enjoyed live music and a bonfire. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Nothing to complain about. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again. «Great for the price but you get what you pay for. Its acceptably clean, comfortable and safe. BUT very noisy, congested, dirty location. If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. »

«Arriving EllBee, and they did not find the reservation. Actually, they did not have the reservation. It took them 45 minutes and a call to Hotels.com to find out that their booking system was not working. In the room a nice shower - did not work though. So had to use the bathtub… the maintenance should come and repair - but … it took exactly 36 hours until maintenance came Sunday morning at 7:00…. Or actually they just came to check if the water worked, and tell that maintenance only would ...

«The hotel is at a good location and the new building is great besides the restaurant too is wonderful with great food and wonderful live music. The worry is if you get a regular room you will get a stale room with bed sheets and walls very stale. Pls only consider new building not the heritage (old wing) »
