Hadde ikke slippers på rommet.Telefonen på rommet ikke fungerte og måtte kontakte resepsjonen flere ganger får å få hjelp .lange køer for å sjekke inn på hotellet.

En uforglemmelig opplevelse
Hotellet var ganske sentralt, så vi gikk til de fleste aktivitetene hver dag. Veldig fin bar høyt oppe. Elsker treningsrommet, og fint spa. Luktet veldig godt, og fint hotell.

Ikke ha høye forventninger
Et helt Ok hotellrom av typen Superioir. Stor, men hard seng. Dusj av typen eldre badekar. Spaet kan ikke kalles et spa, men et overfylt badebasseng og badstue. Hyggelig personell på hotellet, men ikke i spa avdelingen. Rooftop baren var hard partystemning og ikke noe særlig dersom du ønsker en hyggelig aften. 90% av bordene er «reservert» det vil si at de ansatte plukker ut hvem som får sitte på de beste bordene ut i fra inntrykk. Selve byen var fint kulturelt, ikke helt fornøyd med spisesteder heller- passer ikke for den som er litt kresen. Shopping muligheter var det heller ikke god kvalitet av.

Startet først med å få rom i en eldre del av hotellet, i de høyeste etasjene. Dette rommet var ikke i god stand og luktet røyk, samt en seng som holdt på å falle fra hverandre. Fikk god service av resepsjonistene som ga oss rom i den nyere delen umiddelbart (denne delen har ikke utsikt). Alt i alt et fint hotell med god service og god standard i den moderne delen.

Fint hotell med kort vei til gamlebyen. Skyline bar har byens beste utsikt, bra musikk og gode drinker. Sengen på rommet var ganske hard så vi sa fra om det og fikk med en gang en ekstra overmadrass. Super service.

Not to my expectation
Very nice hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. However, the room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. I found some cheese puffs on thd floor and slme stains on the bedsheets. The hotel room door was difficult to close and we needed to double check it. It was written swimming pool as one of the hotels facilities which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. However, we were informed that the swimming pool is not part of the hotel and it is a seperate unit and you have to pay but we can get discounts. The problem was that they were not allowing kids (6 years old) to enter the pool due to covid-19 and demanding PCR-test while PCR-test is not even required for kids to enter Latvia. It was very disappointing and misleading from the hotel.
