«We stayed here while we were moving our UK college student out of her dorm for the school year. This is actually our second stay at this property. We enjoy staying here because the owner is easy to communicate with, the property is clean, and the surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing. The property is accurately represented in the photos. It is a working horse farm so there is some activity on the farm but it did not detract from our stay. We will be back in the fall.»

«What a great place to stay! The location is beautiful. We were there for the K3D and after traipsing around all day for three days, we thoroughly enjoyed coming "home" to our beautiful and tastefully renovated "train station." It was comfortable, relaxing, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owner and his wife live nearby and were clearly available if we needed anything. His wife added special touches that made us feel very welcome. It's a great place to stay!»

«We were so happy to stay at this place for the weekend. Everyone had their own space to go to and there are two living room areas! There is plenty of parking and the kitchen is well stocked with items you need to cook! We wanted for nothing while we were there.»

«Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.»

«First and for most the cleaning fee was 100% reasonable, and then the host didn’t expect me to clean the house before leaving. This. Is.Huge! And made check out so simple!!!! They had lots of the necessities that you often have to buy such as dishwashing soap, even laundry detergent, lots of TP etc…so no need to make a trip to the store for that such an extra bonus!
