«We loved the character of the boat shed. Good fire wood supply, and panel heaters, kept the house cosy and warm. Beds were comfortable. Freya was very easy to communicate with. We were very appreciative of the late check out. We would happily stay again, a beautiful spot looking over the lake.»

«This i a great place centrally located in Rotorua. Before arrival we were advised that the elevator had broken down and were given the option to move to another accommodation, but decided to try it out. I think it's a very good service that they notify in advance (we have experienced the opposite) and they also had people there to help us with the luggage when we arrived. Both the service and the room was great and there are also free movie channels. All in all there is really nothing to ...

«We had a wonderful time here... we had 13 stay over night and 21 visits thru out the day. «Close to Okareka lake which my wife would go to each morning to watch the sunrise while the lazy father and son stayed in their beds. We did all do the glow worm kayaking tour on this lake which was amazing and highly recommended. When we looked at the online listing it wasn’t clear that the accommodation is attached to a house. But this didn’t effect our privacy at all. It’s a beautiful house with a close to nature feel about it while still being close to some great activities like the ...
