«Magnifique séjour dans un endroit paradisiaque ! Le lieux est extraordinaire avec une forêt verdoyante et des plages superbes. Les repas servis sont littéralement à tomber ! Bravo au chef Eduardo! «Had a three night stay here, it’s very close to the national park and beach in a very safe area with a lot of food options. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. «Playa Cativo Lodge is a wonderful place and the accommodations, food and staff were absolutely perfect. It was nice to be so close to the gulf which was calm, warm, sandy and perfect for swimming. My only complaint was that the entire front area of the lodge has been landscaped with grass and ornamental plants, many of which are not native. Because of this large open area few birds or animals come near the lodge. Bird watching was disappointing compared to lodges that have left the rainforest ...

Room #11 was perfect for an couple with an lovely patio including a hammock overlooking the river and ocean.
