«Booked the apartment for a short stay. Good communication from the owner with entry instructions, good directions. It is obvious that the apartment sees a lot of footfall being very close to the seafront of the north bay, but it offered everything needed for the stay; very comfortable, clean furnishings; ample clean towels and bedding; nice clean kitchen with breakfast bar; good sized fridge freezer; washing machine. Bathroom was a nice size, very clean, and warm. I didn't need parking so unsure ...

«We spent a long weekend in this lovely beach house with its modern decor and many facilities. It was well placed in the holiday village near to the pub and shop and path to the beach. The path itself was steep in parts but manageable. There is a lovely walk along the beach to Filey. A wondered stay.»

«We booked for a base as an Easter getaway with walks from the doorstep. It was Perfect, the property has allocated packing right outside the front door, it was clean, everything we needed was there! A lovely garden area to sit and relax in the sunshine with a glass of wine after a long walk in the dales! The property was in a quiet courtyard/lane just a few steps away from the main Grassington Square! Would definitely return.»
