"Flott hotell med høy standard, men minus for vegg-til-veggteppe i rommet, dusj i badekar og AC som ikke fungerte tilfredsstillende. Meget bra frokost. Bra beliggenhet, men litt i utkanten av selve bykjernen - dog korte avstander."

"My wife and I checked out from the hotel on 31 March close to midday and left our luggage in the storage as our flight was on 1 April at 6 am. We returned to the hotel late in the evening and stayed in the lobby until we collected our bags around 2:15 am. When we were leaving the hotel, the same attendant who handed us the luggage asked if we were checking out and started asking weird questions, insinuating we were leaving without paying. First of all, our stay was pre-paid. Secondly, if our bags were in the storage, clearly we had checked out. I find that the attendant lacked training to behave like that. On top of that, the rooms at the hotel were very hot, and we could not set the temperature below 25°C. I do not think this is a chain problem, as our experience with Unahotels San Vitale was much better and without any incidents."

"What a wonderful hotel! Excellent service and a great breakfast buffet. Good value for money. The hotel locations is a little bit far out, but still within walking distance from the city center. All the receptionists were great, but I would like to extend special thanks to Simone, who went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He was just exceptional! I would love to stay here again. "

"Veldig fin beliggenhet sentralt i det historiske midtpunkt. God atmosfære, og hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Hotellet ligger med hovedinngang i fin gågate. Taxi kommer lett til på baksiden av hotellet med egen inngang."
