«The central location of this hotel is perfect if you only have a short stay in the city. It is very close to the metro stations and walking distance to lots of good shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the location is ideal and convenient for all the famous places and shops. «Hotel needs some maintenance, as it seemed little basic, but the hotel itself was really neat & clean, room was nice and comfortable with good bedding .. "Fantastic hotel. Nice and spacy rooms. It has 3 excellent restaurants: Buffet, chinese(fusion) and Italian. The food was just delicious. Very good service. I would like to thank Dikte whose smile was priceless. At the Chai café, Mercy and (I'm ashamed to say I forgot her name) were so helpful and always in a good mood. The only downside is the service at the pool. It was quite poor. We had a facial. The best we have ever had. Her name was Ria. She is simply an expert. All in all, we had a wonderful experience!!!!"
