«They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. »

«Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.»

«Felt very comfortable, all staff from cleaning lady to waitress to bar man at the spa were really pleasant,with a smile on their face and ready to help you with any questions we might have. «For Business travellers: I would not reccomend it.
