«The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. »

«What to say! This is rhe place to stay in when visiting Haifa! The area is so close to city senter, if not in city center! Bars and restaurants all over, close to all main attractions! Bahia gardens is only 10min walk away, subway station only 2min! About the hotel! Staff are incredible, they help out with everything and so nice and welcoming! Rooms are nicely updated and decorated! Rooms are big with nice balconies! Bed comfort is great and wifi works perfectly! Stay here, please! You will not ...

«It was so good last year, we came back! Really appreciate the convenience of this beautiful home. The pool and garden area is a serene retreat to unwind and relax or have a family reunion! Interior is perfectly appointed with everything you need from ping pong to pool, and kitchen is well equipped including Nespresso machine and frother. Washer and Dryer were certainly a bonus! Our family loves staying here -Thank you so much again for a fabulous vacation!»

«Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our group of 10 friends. Location was perfect, short 1 block walk to the beach in Herziliya and a 24/7 breakfast spot Bennedict’s. Views from the rooftop were awesome, especially at sunset. Lots of comfortable seating areas, both inside and outside. «The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. »
