«In April after 2 months of reservation with Expedia and payed all amount of hotel they called me they were too rude to me and try to cancel my reservation they need more money x4 the amount I paid (due to a big event in the area). Even after the case was open with Expedia in April and inform ministry of tourism in Lebanon, when we checked out they asked for extra charge 80$. I contact Lebanon tourist Police and they solve the problem with the hotel.»

«Perfect location if visiting the Cedars of God, as it’s only a short 1km walk away; and also conveniently located a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful village of Bsharri!!!! The view from the hotel property over looking the “Valley of the Saints” & Bsharri is awe inspiring, and the owner and staff (and the pup) were all incredible and extremely helpful!! Last but certainly not least, the traditional Lebanese breakfast was beyond fresh and delicious, the zaatar man2oushe was phenomenal!!! 😍. ...

«When I came to the hotel the door was closed and nobody open it . I saw phone number and call to hotel . Hotel man answered to me that they are full and I can do nothing with that . Not even try to find me some other place to stay ... Yes , they send me e mail that they are full but that was at night so I didn’t see that . »
