«The location of the hotel was very nice, close to the old town. It was a bit noisy outside because of windows towards a trafficated road and crowds of people. The room was clean and in good condition. However the walls where thin and not soundproof, so you could here absolutly everything from the hallway and the rooms next door. This was uncomfortable and really annoying, and affected our sleep. »

«Started of with us receiving the wrong code for the keybox, which left us standing outside in over an hour trying to reach the staff. When we got in the place looked nice and all, but we noticed some lacking with the cleaning (hairs in the bed, and weird spots on the wall) but nothing major, and all in all decent. For some reason the bathroom we got had a mirror which was weird and awkward, with this being a round-trip and all. The worst of all was the bed thou. If you breathe near it, it will ...

«Over all it is a nice place, but not quiet enough. Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. Also no sound proof on windows or walls. But it is very well equipped and very modern and clean »

Communication with Sara was easy and fast by Whatsapp. Construction work on the opposite of the street was a bit disturbing, but it should be soon ready. Musste mir selbst helfen, glücklicherweise haben meine Bank bzw Paypsl die Abbuchung zurückgeholt. Haarsträubend mannhelhafter Service - unbedingt Finger von diesem Portal weglassen!»

«I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer.»

«The place by itself is nice and the apartments seem pretty new and in good shape overall. But: Not having a 24/7 reception or welcome room in any kind is not good enough. To get the key is nothing but a hassle, and if you do it wrong, you have lost your option. It is all in Slovak, so it's difficult. I even had my driver from Slovakia trying to do it since I struggled to read it, and he failed twice. I would give the apartements 4 and the key solution 1. And the lack of people there 24/7 2 ...

«The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!»
