«From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Very helpful throughout our stay. Reception staff were fantastic. Arranging our packed lunch for trips and booking restaurants. All staff in all restaurants were very professional and the selection of food was very good. The bar staff in all the bar areas were very polite and the service was great. The only area that needed a little more attention was around the beach. Although in fairness not all areas were open. »

«Loved my stay at this hotel. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the centre of Hurghada. Clean and fresh. It seems the staff was polite and caring. I had a room facing The Blue Beach not very noisy from people and restaurants but the guard dogs one the beach barked a lot. Free entry to The Blue Beach. I was travelling alone and spent my evenings in the loungerestaurant connected to the hotel. Very good service and pleasant staff. »

«I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. «Gemma Resort mi è piaciuto, posto molto accogliente, tutto il personale è sempre gentilissimo, pulitissimo tutto. Camere grandi e cibo molto buono e sempre varia ogni giorno e la sera sempre diverso. lo consiglio per le famiglie ma anche in coppia, è vicino alle isole Hamata per andare a fare gite in luoghi ancora incontaminati»

«The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect»
