Anbefalelsesverdig
Fint hotell som lå veldig fint til i byen. Fine, store rom med gode senger. Frokosten ikke den beste, men helt på linje med tilsvarende hoteller. Lite treningsrom og lite basseng, men helt greit. Innafor denne prisklassen er dette absolutt et anbefalingsverdig alternativ.

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived after 7 the first night and shortly after checking in found our toilet did not flush. The lady at the front desk eventually moved us to another room. That room the microwave was out. The staff if phenomenal, the property is dated and could use some attention. The staff the THE only reason i rated so high.

Exercise room was closed for renovation and one of the dryers was out of order. Except for that the facilities were great. Location was central to all attractions around Rapid City. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility.

This hotel was so nice for our family of 4. I was a little hesitant because it looked a little outdated but truly this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had! It was so comfortable, quiet, and the staff was sooooo friendly! Absolutely can’t wait to stay again.

The lobby is welcoming and warm. Check in was easy and Paul at the front desk is super nice. The one bedroom suite is quite spacious with kitchenette and jetted tub. We would stay here again. ☺️

Property was as expected, rooms was as expected. Beds and pillows were comfy. Happy to have a kitchen, no oven, and we didn’t have enough utensils for our family of 5. Staff was friendly, front desk was friendly, would stay again.

The deal I was able to get for our deluxe studio was extremely affordable- even with two pets! The breakfast provided was good. My son and I were disappointed that the pool was small and the spa wasn’t working. The back door also did not work due to ice freezing the key system. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel and stay again :)

I was not informed until after I checked in the hot tub was down ( one of the main reasons for the stay). We could get in and park easily, the breakfast was delicious.

There were a few things I needed during my stay ( no dish for the microwave, needed quarters for the laundry, needed to extend my stay) and the front desk staff were friendly and immediately resolved whatever I needed. I felt safe here and felt like “ home”. The pool was and hot tub were fun for all of us ( traveled with kids).

Well to start, when I got to my room there was no toilet paper or towels. I called the front desk and let them know. The desk stated they would have some down shortly. 2 hours of waiting I went to the desk myself and was told they forgot. My first night I had to listen to a lady screaming and crying on the phone in the next room most of the night. The hot tub and floor around had candle wax all over the place. The room was outdated and just grimy looking. The fridge in the room had not been wiped down and was dirty inside. The second night the room on the opposite side of me had their tv blasting and would not turn it down. Definitely will stay somewhere else next time I’m in town.

Solo stay with dog
The hotel overall was quiet, and the one bedroom suite was ideal to have that extra layer of quiet between your bedroom and the hallway. The biggest downer as a dog owner was that the dog friendly rooms are on the third floor, so you have to go quite a ways to take your dog outside. Aside from that, overall was good.

It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the internet was down and when we finally got checked in the room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned and it took another 30 minutes to get into another room.

Clean, especially the bathroom which impressed me. I ordered room service food and what was supposed to be 45 minutes turned into 90, so consequently my food was cold. Not very appetizing. Other than that I was very happy with my room and stay.

Don't call it Continental breakfast
The staff was great the room was great. The Continental breakfast was A JOKE empty pans that were supposed to have sausage and eggs the only other thing offered was waffles and oatmeal. If you are done serving breakfast 35 minutes after it started adleast get rid of the empty pans. The orange juice was out and the fire out out side does not work. It's -20° here!!!!

It was very affordable for the four of us. Plus you cannot hear your neighbors which is a BIG plus for us with kids. It was clean also... the only thing that bothers me is the drainage in the tub is kinda clog... it drains so slowly the water was almost on my shin after I took a shower.
