«Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.»

We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. «We enjoyed our stay here! Check in and check out was super easy. The fruit infused iced water at check in was a nice touch. We liked the coffee, fresh fruit, and water bottle filling station that was available in the common areas. The room was a little small but worked for the two of us with a convenient mini fridge. The hotel is very clean and organized and we enjoyed having a pool with floats and lounge chairs. Parking was on a first come first serve basis and was a little tight but we didn’t ...

«Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.»

«We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended.»

«Condo was in a quiet location, clean, and sufficient size for our family. Pool and small beach area was perfect and chairs and umbrellas always available. Communication with the property manager was great! Clear directions on access and check out. We would stay at this location again.»
