«We had such a magical stay in this chalet in Springbrook. The location is amazing. Short distance to Twin Falls circuit and Canyon Lookout. Beautiful rainforest and wildlife surround. The chalet is very rustic and creates a wonderful environment that accompanies the rainforest perfectly - the owners have done an amazing job.»

«No code for check in was sent. we had to ask another guest for a number to contact the property manager as the number given through the website says it's disconnected. Eventually we were able to retrieve keys at nearly 3pm. The driveway upto the property is dirt and in extremely bad condition, not suitable for small hire cars! This was not stated on website!
