For the elevator even if we want to had one by making huge renovations, the city won't allow it, and I know it can be hard to grab the suitcases up there by yourself. That is why we can help you with it. Thanks for informing future guests. So everyone should note that to get on the 3rd floor you have about 60 stairs to step up! Air conditionning will be added to all the rooms this week. By knowing about it before you leave, we would have been able to set up the one in your room has requested. For sure on the 3rd floor hot water might be long to come all the way, usually by waiting a little 5 minutes it reaches the top floor. May be there was no more hot water in the tanks but it never hapenned since I'm here, even during the winter time. We haven't had the chance to meet, I really hope you had a great time in Quebec city and thank you very much for your stay.

It was quite a big room you had. I'm surprised it wasn't enough. For sure if you wanted to have a bed for each of you it was not enough though. Hopefully we had another room available to set you in. I hope you enjoyed you time with us still and thank you for the comment.
