Fint hotell, med noe eldre rom oppover i etasjene. Prisene er høyere enn oppgitt når du først bestiller på Hotels. Fint hotell for omgivelsene. Rent og pent hotell, men manglende service på rom. Dette innebærer såper, chrome cast etc. Anbefaler at alle passer på verdisakene sine, både utendørs og inne på hotellet.

Et veldig fint hotell med super frokostbuffet. Fint, men litt utdatert rom. Første natten var rommet ekstremt kaldt da vinduet ikke var tett, sa ifra om det i resepsjonen dagen etter, og det var ordnet når vi kom tilbake igjen.

Fint hotell i Praha
Bra service, bra senger og bra hotell. Så nær plassert t bane var også bra! Men vi hadde gledet oss veldig til basseng og når vi først kom ditt fikk vi vite at det ikke var åpent de 3 dagene vi var der og det var ikke bra og skulle vært varslet tidligere til oss som hadde bestilt da det var en av hovedgrunnene til jeg bestilte 4 rom der da det basseng på første siden når ser på hotellet på nett!

Topp hotell med høyt servicenivå
Flott opphold med god service, og god mat på et hotell av høy kvalitet. Anbefaler et besøk på restauranten "The Grill" da de serverer veldig god mat og har et hyggelig og dyktig personale. Renhold utført hver dag gikk over all forventning da jeg etterlot endel treningstøy og andre klær rundt omkring i rommet, og kom tilbake senere på dagen og oppdaget at alt var pent ryddet og hengt opp. Gymmen tilfredsstiller kanskje grunnleggende mosjonstrening men ikke veldig mye utover dette, dog så er det sjelden mer å forvente på hotell. Litt klønete opplegg under frokost der servitørene av og til virker å bli hemmet av systemet de nytter for opprydding o.l, men ikke egentlig noe som lager problemer for gjester. Litt lang tid å vente på påfyll av kaffe og det var ikke verre enn å gå bort og be om en kopp selv. Alt i alt var servicenivået og opplevelsen av hotellet topp hele uken jeg besøkte Praha.

It is a great hotel, i concider the location to be perfect, not smack in the centre of the city, but it is located right on the metro line and its 2 stops to the centre, or 1 stop to a tram "hub".

As an overall review, this was a great hotel. We were able to upgrade our room to a better view, which I really appreciated. The staff was nice, maybe a little stiff, but welcoming. Some of the staff at the breakfast seemed The pool was also good, but the water could have been warmer as it is a spa. The bathtub in the room was also leaking when draining, but we were able to dry it up with towels. Roomservice was fast and the food tasted great. Location was really great as it was close to the metro, only a couple stop from the city centre.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Only 1 min away from metro station, and only 2 stops from center. Overall I had very good experience with this hotel:)

The staff was really nice and the breakfast is highly recommended. However, I payed extra to get a room with a view- ended up in 6th floor spectating the highway and a big commercial. I was looking forward to walk, but the location is really bad so it took around 45 minutes to get to the center of Prague. Metro, Taxi, Uber is an option but where is the joy of that. If I ever go back I would rather stay in the center of Prague and will also NOT recommend this hotel.

With regards to the location please note that the metro station is located right next to the metro station and we are two stops away from the city centre. The metro runs every 3 minutes so within 5 minutes you can be in the city. However, I do understand that some guests prefer to stay directly in the historical part of Prague. Hotel op een goede locatie, tegen metrostation aan. Prima kamer met alles wat nodig is. Mooi uitzicht, uitstekend ontbijt. Op voorhand bekend dat wellness tegen betaling was. Prijs/ kwaliteit voor dit deel is twijfelachtig. Maar was bekend, dus niet aan het hotel

Older hotel that has strong odor like a former smoking hotel. Older and worn out everywhere, bathrooms, carpets, lounge. Good buffet breakfast and gym/spa. Right next to metro station for easy transportation. Right next to conference centre. Doorman was excellent and full of information, rest of staff mediocre. Restaurant is not worth going to, check out other areas to eat.

we order with free breakfast and get charged for it anyway. The boss is an arrogant old man who doesn't understand anything. If you want to be cheated, you have come to the right place. the hotel does not live up to their service or to earn the 5 star.

The staff were courteous and responsive, the property is clean, and the room was clean. Bathroom blinds may be needed to reduce water splashing during showers.

Hotel con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Molto comoda la vicinanza con la metropolitana, in 5 minuti ti porta in pieno centro. Piacevole la spa al 25° piano. L'hotel non è certo di recente costruzione, ma è complessivamente ben tenuto e fornisce quello che ti aspetti.
