They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles.»

I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. Check-In Experience: Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived at 5:10 PM and found the housekeeper still cleaning. The housekeeper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.
