«The Plover Retreat is an adorable, cozy cabin. Close to downtown Grand Marais and a short drive to Lake Superior and Pictured Bay Rocks National Lakeshore. «The home was perfect for our mini UP getaway. The addition / main bedroom was where my husband and I spent most of our time hanging out. It also smelled fresh and nice like new wood. «Overall we loved our stay at the cabin. Having 6 people in the cabin made the single bathroom tough at times, but we made it work. Initially, and prior to making final payment before arrival, had difficulty contacting the property manager, but once communication was established, communication was very good.
