Supposedly Expedia tried to change my reservation because my little brothers wedding was cancelled. The manager there refused to do this. I will NEVER use Expedia or stay at a Quality Inn again. And the revoews i will be putting out I am pretty sure y'all arent going to like!

We are sorry for the confusion but unfortunately you got a rate based on the reservation being non cancellable which is stated clearly when you made the reservation.

Not a bad place for the price you pay for sure. Would be nice if they turned down the pool temperature as the weather is getting warmer. Also, the room just didn’t look or feel like it was fully cleaned before we went in.

Kayla,we heard you loud and clear and have turned off the heater for the season. We did actually have it scheduled for the end of the month but moving it forward a couple of weeks was a good idea.

No elevators meant shlepping lunggage to second floor. Train, highway and emergency vehicle noice was an issue. But pool was excellent and breakfast fine.

The floors were so filthy that when we got into the shower the mext day, black soot came off in the shower.

We do not have a lot of control over rates in March, we have to go with industry standard for the area.

It’s an old property. Some people are turned off by this but everything was spotless and in good working order. Taps, toilets, lights, locks. The outdoor pool was heated and also immaculate. Decent breakfast included.

What a dump. I wound not stay there again if you payed me. Lost hot water mid day Saturday and never returned. Checked out on Sunday morning and still no hot water. Paid 275 a night for two nights and was riped off. Don't even think about staying here! I could go on and on about this dump but this is enough.

First night we had a room at the front of the property which was really noisy. The staff were super helpful and managed to move us to another room which was quieter but still a lot of noise from trains and intersections on the Rd.

An older property but reasonably well maintained. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and well kept.

Had a late night arrival, registered for the hotel room through a security window. I was on the outside with very dim lighting. The room itself was very clean. The noise factor was an issue. Trains are rushing through at all hours blowing their horns. Cars are racing on Grand Ave all night long, which can be heard loud and clear in your room with all windows and doors closed. Neighbors were going in and out through the wee hours of the morning to smoke on the balcony. They chose to do so outside my door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is very old and could use some upgrading.

For the price this was a great place to stay. The outside is a bit shabby, but it looks like they are working on that. We stayed in a suite and it was nice. Nice pool and GREAT breakfast. The location is close to a few fast food places, a Starbucks, Frye's grocery and gas. We could drive to many food options within 15 min of the motel. There is a railroad near by, but they provided ear plugs. We didn't use them and weren't bothered by the rail traffic. You did get the fighter jets overhead during the day. But that is a usual sighting wherever you stay in the area. We were watching baseball in Surprize and could get there in 15 minutes.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not as clean as it looks in the picture. Also we got first floor. You can hear all the footsteps from the people staying on the second floor. The hotel is next to the train tracks so you can hear the train coming by all the time.

Horrible
We called in to see if we could cancel our night on Friday because we had an injury and we're needing to go home early. We were told it could not be canceled when we got to the hotel my whole reservation was canceled for both nights. The hotel is dirty there's homeless people all over the place and our room had black mold. When we told housekeeping about the black mold they said it's sealed which it's not. We were then charged an extra $50 because you canceled the reservation. It's a horrible hotel in a horrible area of town.
