Many transients staying here. Doors slamming all night, people hanging out in the parking lot, noisy. Hardly slept at all. Filthy room with ripped up carpet and the ceiling falling down over the shower. Horrible experience.

The rooms smelled like cigar even thought they were non-smoking rooms it was horrendous, the area wasn’t tooo bad but not a lot of things were walking distance.

Yhe room smell like crack heads smoking. The tv was like a 19inch. The blankets stunk, the shampoo dispenser was dirty. They ahould of removed it if it was not in use. It look old

The exterior looked like a decent place to stay for the price. Once we walked into the room it had been run down and not taken care of very well. Whoever painted got paint all over the carpet instead of having a decent chair in front of the desk, there was a fold-up chair. The bathroom was missing a bunch of tiles. There was a hole in the wall by the bathtub. The toilet took forever to flush and by the time we were leaving would not flush. The towels and wash rags have long dark hair on them and the bathroom and countertop in the bathroom had hairs on it as well so I had not been cleaned. The comforter on the bed was pretty much thin like tissue paper and there were no other blankets provided.

A solid step down from a decrepit motel 6. Door lock didn’t work to get in with card. Toilet loose. No maid service or replacement towels. AC / heat didn’t work. Basically a dump. Swing by Walmart and grab a can of Lysol and some towels before you check in.

I’m always grateful when I stayed in good places, but this was not the case. Nightmare room with carpet and TV over 30 years old, next day get a newest room but with little cockroach on it, as a guest. The place needs some love.

Checking in was so easy and fast! Natalia at the front desk was so amazing!! Her customer service and her willingness to help was outstanding, especially after our 5 hour drive! She was killin it up there!! Rooms REALLY need an update! We rented two rooms and both were in really bad shape. Refrigerators didn't work and both had a oders.

The room was overpriced for a terrible experience. Upon walking into the room we immediately had to prop open the door because the smoke residue was so strong we had difficulty breathing. Visually, the room was revolting. The carpet was so discolored and covered in stains that we were scared to step on it without shoes. Additional we made the mistake of bringing a black light. The sheer amount of anonymous fluids in the walls, the ceiling, and even inside the fridge was beyond words.
