Room smelt like smoke, found cigarette butts and vapes in the couch, checked in and right out do to the quality and condition of the room. The staff was cool enough to provide a complete refund for the entire stay, so that was the only plus.

Rooms were disgusting! Carpets inside room were stained and pull-out couch was ripped/cut up. The whole building smelled like trash from overflowing receptacles in the hallway. We attempted to check into two different rooms that were both too filthy for my child to walk around or sleep in. We were exhausted from traveling all day but ended up checking out the same night and finding a different hotel. The photos of this property are extremely decieving.

The smell when we walked in was horrible. Stale cigarette smoke, pot, urine and alcohol were all infused into the carpet in the hallway. It was dark and dingy, not friendly at all. The room was disgusting. A dead cockroach on the floor, the floors were filthy, the bathroom drains had bugs in them, there was paint in the back of the door that also looked like blood. Everything was sketchy…..the riff raff staying there was pretty nasty too. We only stayed because I booked on Expedia and paid ahead not refunds. This was a wedding weekend for a family member and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Did not sleep at all….. You should close this location and start over or just turn it into the halfway house it seems to be!

This place was very dirty and smelled awful. We had to hold our breath in the hallways because it smelled super rotten. People, probably residents, hang out in front of the place smoking. Bugs in my room, crumbs on the floor and stains all over chairs and couch. Not a pleasant way to relax in there. When trying to check out, we waited a while for someone at the front desk to show up. Turns out she was taking a smoke break outside. The area around is decent, there’s a nice plaza around the corner. Otherwise, this place is disgusting and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Especially for $200 a night.

Horrible!
This place is a total dump and filled with Section 8 tenants. I’m shocked hotels.com would promote this location. There is no breakfast included. The lobby, hallways and room were filthy. Zero room amenities (nothing to drink from). I waited an hour for coffee during the designated breakfast time. Room was not cleaned. No desk person at night to assist.

Below average stay
Rooms/halls smelt of cigarettes. Stayed on 1st floor. Beds are uncomfortable. The “free breakfast” is just small packaged muffins, self serve oatmeal, and coffee all placed in small table. The plus was there was decent space.

The hotel smelled of marijuana when I arrived in the lobby, as well as in the elevator. The hotel room was in pretty good condition.

It was dirty very dirty the mattress to the sofa bed was diguesting it was all stain they told I couldn’t get a blackened for my mom because they was out I showed pictures to the girl in the around 730 and she even said it was gross and he tell her manager but it 6 pm an I still haven’t heard for her manager I won’t stay here ever again

The gentleman at check in was very nice. 1st room smelt and was not in very good shape. The next room he gave us was clean but outdated. The grounds were very nice. Not worth the money thats for sure.
