Staff was friendly and exceptionally accommodating to our needs. My only problem with the stay was the breakfast. The selection was minimum. There is never any bacon. The price we payed to stay and have breakfast was so off putting, we left to another hotel with nearly the same price with a much better breakfast.

It was nice to have breakfast and cookies. It’s nice that they stored our bags for awhile. Comfortable beds. There were a few tiny ants in our room on the desk.

Be aware that this hotel does NOT offer airport shuttle. PLUS, they charged me for parking the one night we stayed here. (If you can consider checking in at 8pm and checking out at 4AM one "night". My car was in their lot for 8 hours and they charged $12.00) Most hotels include parking when you are paying for a room! Ridiculous. Would never stay here again for this alone, especially when there are numerous hotels I've stayed at in this strip that DO offer airport shuttle and do NOT charge for parking - unless you pay for extended parking after checkout, which is completely reasonable & expected. Boo on you, Fairfield.

There is a Ruby Tuesday directly in front of the hotel which made lunch and dinner extremely convenient. However, the breakfast is not good. The area for the breakfast is too cramped and the selection of food is not great.

Drove pretty far. Tons of Friday traffic so arrived at 3pm, little early for 4pm check-in. No rooms were available . Had appointments from 4 til 11 so had to repack and come back near midnight. Would have liked to checkin but understood.Front desk super at midnight.

I left my brush at home and when i went downstairs to ask if they had a comb or brush that i could get or buy.Jamal said he would look for me. I went and sat down and got some coffee. Jamal came over to me and offered his personal comb that was still in a package. He said he looked upstairs and under the counter. He went out of his way and i appreciated it.
