The hotel in general is good but the vibe around the hotel is a kind of unsafe. The front desk people is nice but not too friendly

The property was clean, which is was the most important thing. Dining was difficult as I wanted to have breakfast before I left for work. After waiting a long time for a server to come and greet me, I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone. When she arrived, I was told that it would be “a while” because the cook was new, he was working by himself and there were several orders before mine in addition to the room service orders. So I did not eat there the entire week.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was dirty, did sweep the floors or clean the hair out of the shower. Other than the volleyball team making noise, it was very quiet.

I am claustrophobic. The one small window made me uncomfortable. The lighting was not warm. The bathroom was modern and very pretty. It had an abundance of grab bars.

Liked that there was no carpet on the floors so the room felt cleaner. What I didn’t like is there is a club on the rooftop so in front of the hotel on weekend nights there’s usually a bunch of youngsters hanging out which we didn’t care for.

Loved my stay at this hotel. I went for a concert and stayed the weekend. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. They also gave tips on how to maneuver through the city effectively. Their rooftop lounge is beautiful, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel check in was easy. The valet attendant Rain was extremely rude and needs to be fired immediately. Outside of that negative situation my stay was good.

The hotel was nice. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. Hotel was safe, I love how you needed a room key to work the elevator. Decor was a bit dated but nothing major. My only concern was our entire hallway smelled like cigarettes.

The floors were really dirty. I chose this hotel because I don’t like carpet, and I think carpet is gross, but it seems like they haven’t cleaned this floor in weeks. I walked a few minutes in my socks and the bottom of my white socks were black. Housing keeping only replaced towels when they came into my room. They did not clean anything or make the bed. Overall, I like the room layout and the bed was very comfortable. It is a great location and it’s close to everything.

Honestly, the only reason the hotel gets an average rating is because of the excellent service from the front desk staff. The lady at check-in, the manger, and both the individuals at check-out were great. The young man who came and changed our linen because the sheets on the bed were dirty was very helpful too and we appreciate you all. The bartender though, an older guy, seems like he could use a little customer service refresher. Also, we noticed a random safety pin on the bathroom floor after we came back from dinner, but we know we don’t/didn’t travel with or purchase any safety pins and we had both been in the bathroom multiple times. Going back to the bed sheets needing to be changed because not only did the sheets have stains but there were actual crumbs on the mattress and couch. Lint/dirt on the bathroom counter and hair in the shower. We have pictures/videos if management would like to see, feel free to reach out.

They have valet, all parking is pretty pricey but the valet is way cheaper than public parking! The bathrooms are super nice and have Bluetooth speakers & the beds were super comfortable

The room was very nice and big for a standard room. I felt safe. Housekeeping was non existance. We were suppose to be refreshed on the 3rd day. That didnt happen. I text for towels. I called and nothing finally went to lobby for myself. Then ti find out we didnt have tiolet paper.. If you are not going to daily housekeeping then stock enough items or do what you suppose to do. The same for trash. Put a receptacle on each flioor. Those tiny waste baskets donot work when you have takeout containers..
