«The house is spacious and well fitted out. The quirky decor makes a refreshing change to the basic furniture and fittings found in most holiday homes. The whole house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The welcome cupcakes were delicious. It’s an easy 10 minute walk through the woodland to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to families and friends.»

«Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here) ...

Exactly as listed it provided lovely accommodation for our Party of 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 12 to two and a half and the multiple bathrooms ensured that everyone was well catered for. Erst beim Einrichten merkten wir, dass nicht sauber geputzt wurde: Kühlschrank dreckig! Tochter hat sofort geputzt damit der Einkauf eingelagert werden konnte! Dampfabzug tropfte vor Fett. Zimmer mit 2 Betten (UG) miefte feucht. Dachten zuerst man bringt den Gestank mit Lüften weg. Doch nicht, weil eine Wand zur Hälfte feucht war. So ist das Zimmer leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Für ...

«We had a great time at Augustine's Cottage. The location is excellent, 5-10 minutes' walk from downtown and the cathedral, and even closer to Augustine's Abbey. The long walk along the river has some beautiful parks and then open countryside and is a nice break from the crowds on the high street. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed lunches in the back yard with sandwiches from nearby Phoebe's. Definitely a place to return to.»
