«Stayed at the property for one night while walking the Railway Reserve Heritage trail. Motel is conveniently located about 100m from where the trail crosses Great Eastern Highway between Sawyer’s Valley and Mundaring. Basic motel facilities but clean, comfortable and convenient which was all I needed for the night and was at the right price point.»

«Stayed NYE weekend for a quiet getaway. The accomodation was perfect, very quiet and private. The food supplied was fantastic, the spa is great and the overall quality of the apartment is excellent. Would highly recommend it for a couples getaway in summer or winter.»

«Good sized property situated at the end of a no through road so it was very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was very useful. We particularly liked the large verandah and ate breakfast here most mornings , at times watching the kangaroos that visited the owners garden. Elly and Zeus were very friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with them .»

«This is an outstanding place to stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Perth Hills, established in a picturesque valley where orchards and vineyards abound. «We absolutely loved every second of our stay at Mount Olive Studio. The studio was the cutest and cosiest base camp for our exploration around the surrounding bush land, tracks and pubs. The fact that it is dog friendly make it all the more better. Junko was fantastic to deal with and we are so grateful for her and her partner sharing their beautiful space. Can’t wait to be back!!»

"Fresh and nice! Bar and restaurant closes to early (9PM) and there should be a sofa ir recliner in the rooms instead of a small table with wooden chairs - but the rooms are big and the bathrooms are new and very nice. Friendly staff!"
