Goodlooking hotel with problems.
At first this looks like good hotel with a great breakfast. But that is for families with children. Because of familyroom the sound between rooms is noticeable. Breakfast is continental, but which continent? I have been to africa and had better breakfast there. And Asia incl middle east and Europe. The AC in my room was set at 21 deg and couldnt be changed. Noise from restaurant across the street was noticeable in room too.

Great hotel at great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfectl for first timers in central Pattaya with walking distance to most places. Self service dry cleaner nearby, great Arab food near by( The Place). Small fitness room and pool at top floor. Bed and pillow is at known Holiday inn standard, so are other facilities. Aircon is smooth and silent. Highly recommended, great value for money.

Pretty good
Nice hotel, friendly staff, good price considered the quality and cleanlines of the rooms. Big rooms, soft beds and quiet, didnt hear much noice from outside or the hallways.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pattaya. For those who wish to experience Pattaya's famous night life, the Holiday Inn Express is an excellent hotel for the following reasons: 1. The rooms are bright, clean, very modern, spacious and very well equipped. Each room has a safe, small fridge and complimentary toiletries. The pictures of the rooms which are available online are very accurate. 2. The showers are large and self-contained. 3. The common areas are modern and spotlessly clean. 4. The Wi-Fi is excellent. 5. The rooms are cleaned and the sheets and towels are replaced each day. 6. The daily breakfast, which is served between 6-10 am, is excellent. 7. The staff are friendly and helpful. 8. There are onsite laundry facilities which are very reasonably priced. 9. LK Metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Walking street is a short ride away on a 10 bath bus. However, for those travellers who wish to go to bed early or who wish to be close to the beach, the Holiday Inn Express is probably not a good choice.

If you want to enjoy night life in Pattaya then this is the perfect hotel. It is walking distance close to LK metro and Walking street and many many bars. It offers all facilities that you expect from a USA based chain With easy way to charge the USA and North American based Phones. Staff is outstanding! Desk clerks and housekeeping are personable, professional, efficient, and very friendly. I’ve been a frequent guest since its opening and this is my favorite Pattaya hotel. The baht bus run just outside the front door in both directions, so public transportation is easy! And it’s so easily walkable and close to everything.
