Fantastic place
The waterpark, the rooms the service and the food is great. The only things that would make this hotel better is to avoid activating key cards every day and release deposit right away when checking out. Now the wait 2 weeks to release deposit and that will make a lot of problems if hotels should do this and you visit many hotels during your stay.

Flott hotell, men overpriset mat og drikke!
Flott og barnevennlig hotell i fantastiske omgivelser! Alle restaurantene på hotellet har 3-4 dobbel pris på all mat og drikke, noe som resulterer i at alle restauranter er helt tomme for gjester. Alle spiser og drikker på restauranter utenfor hotellområdet!

Svært flott og velholdt hotellanlegg.
Flott og stort anlegg beliggende på stranden i Pattaya Nord. Vi fikk først tildelt et connecting room hvor vi kunne høre alle samtaler fra naborommet gjennom uisolert dør. Etter å ha klaget i resepsjonen fikk vi straks tildelt nytt rom. Rommene har fantastisk utsikt over havet. Svært flott og velstelt anlegg med flere adskilte solplasser slik at man lett kunne finne en relativt usjenert solseng. Stor og velutstyrt treningsavdeling. Svært barnevennlig. Utrolig godt utvalg i asiatiske og europeiske retter til frokost. hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Ligger et stykke fra sentrum, men hotellet har shuttlebuss som går til Central Festival. Litt spesielt at man måtte betale for shuttlebussen på et 5 stjerners hotell. Ellers flere hyggelige restauranter og barer ikke langt fra hotellet. Ca. 10 min å gå til kjøpesenteret Terminal 21.

Fint familiehotell
Flott opphold med familie, barn på 3 år som likte lekerom og bassenger. Litt harde senger, men helt Ok. Noen butikker og restauranter i nærheten, men et lite stykke unna kjøpesenter og sentrum, men det går fint med shuttlebusser eller taxi. Ser ut til at det bygges et nytt stort kjøpesenter mye nærmere hotellet (Terminal 21), men sikkert ikke ferdig før om 1-2 år. Bassengområdet er ganske flott og stort, og det var stort sett ledige solsenger.

vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i dette hotellet. Hotellet liiger sentralt og uten støy/trafikk. Det er veldig bra transport tilbud. Spesiellt anbefales for barnefamilier.

チェックインの際、この旅行は娘の誕生日旅行だと話しているとプールから戻った際部屋にケーキとろうそくが用意してありました。 素敵なサプライズに私も娘も感動でした。 プールは娘が楽しめる色々なプール（飛び込み、プールバー、スライダー、流れるプールなど）がありアクティビティーもたくさんあり時間が足りないくらいでした。 また部屋は全室オーシャンビューで部屋から見る夕日は最高に綺麗でした。 また泊まりたいと思います。

The resort is really showing its age. Not maintained well at all. Bathroom within the room has mildew stains throughout. A hole in the wall where a phone once hung. TV with poor brightness, barely viewable. All facilities are super worn. Kids water play area has mildew/mold stains throughout. Paint worn off of most of the fixtures. The resort is under renovations so I hope next time will be a better experience if I choose to return. As far as the service, it was mixed at best. I would like to recognize Koong and Pon in the Kid’s Club for watching our son. They did an excellent job, our son had nothing but great things to say about them. I would like to also recognize Nancy in the Oasis restaurant. I am so grateful she was able to accommodate us when others we spoke to wouldn’t. My wife and I wanted to eat the buffet at Oasis that evening however our son wanted to have a cheeseburger which wasn’t on the menu at the buffet. We spoke to another person before Nancy which suggested we eat at another restaurant at the resort. Lastly, I would like to recognize the Spa team, my wife and I enjoyed their services. They are very skilled in their work. All in all, unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my stay here.

Best family resort in Thailand but the property needs to be seriously updated. Our door locks and Air Conditioning weren't working and we needed technicians to come and fix them. Lots of touch up paint needed every where. Been to this property many times and it seems neglected by management compared to before.
