Skuffet og altfor like navn / bilder
Hemingway's hotell var en stor skuffelse og jeg hadde lyst å sjekke ut samme dag jeg sjekket inn. Hotellets navn er så likt og på bildene trodde jeg d var et annet hotell i samme kjede jeg hadde vært på før (rett i nærheten). Derfor tok jeg og booket 3 netter. Vi valgte prøve 1 natt men d var vanskelig å sove fordi det var så lytt. Sjekket ut neste dag. Tenker ikke bruke Hemingway's kjeden igjen tror jeg. Vi sjekket inn på Deevana og dette kostet ikke mye mer per natt.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room, nothing exciting, but it's a good bed, what more do you require. There was a balcony which I wasn't amored with, but will suit the desperadoes you smoke.

He booked one large bed, upon check-in they provided a room with two separate (the windows looked into the next building. It was very dark. They said we would relocate. In the morning we changed the room, the big bed looked onto the street, it was light. But the air conditioning was very noisy. The whole hotel wasn’t hot water. Everything is already old. Cleaned well. To the center of Patong about 7-10 minutes. The alley is quiet, lived with a child.

2020年末年始に利用。この価格にしてはお得感あり非常に居心地がいいです。スタッフの対応にも非常に好感を持てます。エアコン、シャワー圧、客室、アメニティー、一般的で特に不満は感じません。ジャンセイロンSC、繁華街、パトンビーチにも徒歩圏内。お勧めです。

The water was cold in shower or did not run at all made many request to have it fixed but the owners did not care at all on the fourth day of my stay I moved out to the lantern hotel Very kind and caring .Hemingway destroyed part of my holiday Did not want to give my money back Just said I don't know how to use the taps. bloody insulting I would never stay at any Hemingway hotel

滿房子都是蟑螂 殺了十多隻出去逛街回來又發現十多隻 熱水器只要開了熱水..就只有超熱的水 等2分鐘冷卻了才有正常水 員工態度有問題 有三間海明威在同一區 但一直被指引去不是我訂的那間 單是CHECK-IN已浪費了一小時

SCAM!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!
Unbelievable, they sell you the hotel with these pictures and prices.... The moment you arrive they'll give variety of excuses that you have to change the hotel to "better" rooms... The rooms were nothing like in pictures, much worse, dark, there were some people fixing lamps and didn't leave for long time while we were there in room. Showers were cold... They should've informed us in advantage, we had pickup early in morning next day to ferry so we had to walk to original hotels because we couldn't change the pickup place anymore... They weren't even sorry for all this...

安くてロケーションが良い
一泊朝食込みで4千円とリーズナブルなうえ、バンザーン市場やジャンクセイロンに数分で歩いて行けます。ファミマも近くにあるので、非常に便利です。ルームは、部屋の空調が少しうるさかったのと椅子がなく、またホテルガイドもありません。ただし清掃は行き届いており、電気ポット、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーもあり、滞在に不便は感じません。受付は、あまりやる気が感じられず、チェックイン時には鍵を渡されて終わりでした。食事は、個人的には全然問題ないレベルですが、日本のホテルの朝食に慣れた人には不満に感じると思います。

Oud & vervallen hotel
Hotel staat niet eens op Google maps. Waardeloze kamer. Airco maakt meer herrie dan een tractor. Oud en vervallen kamers. WiFi is heel slecht, nauwelijks verbinding. Daar en tegen 30,- p/n betaald. Ik zou hem niet meer nemen ook al was ie gratis

The first room was floated.. the water in the shower didn't went down... Then we got a room that the window is next to the next hotel. No privecy at all. The brakefast was very poor. Happy that it was just for 1 night

Bad Location
Hotel is in a bad location. You must cross three busy roads to reach the beach. The worst road is 4055. People drive very fast and don't yield. It is very dangerous to cross this road. The hotel is very noisy. At all hours of the night, there is some kind of noise that would wake me up. Drilling, banging, fighting, loud bikes, dogs, something. 3,4,5,6 am for the 3 nights I was there. I never got a good rest. The bed was hard like a rock and I could feel the springs through the bed. Pillows were over stuffed making them uncomfortable. Hotel bar / restaurant never had anyone in them. Safe did not work. This hotel is around the night market and a lot of restaurants. Its also walking distance from the Phuket mall. Overall however I would not stay again due to the bad location, the noise, and bed.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
We went with a toddler so the hotel upgraded our room to a studio. The staff were very accommodating to requests. The place was very clean too.

Good hotel
The locaton is ok, close enough so you can walk everywhere, but far enough so there is not much noise at night. There are some good restaurants nearby, a shop and the mall is also quite close so the location is good. The hotel is not really brand new but there were no problems with anything. i would stay there again.

La camera a noi riservata era indecente!
La camera che ci hanno assegnato era orribile! Piccolissima, con condizionatore vecchio, rumoroso e istallato sopra ai letti. Bagno di buone dimensioni, privo di cabina doccia, peccato avesse la finestra in concomitanza dello scarico di aria calda del condizionatore, e alle 23 non c'era acqua!!! Al mattino abbiamo visto la camera che avremmo dovuto avere, almeno secondo le foto (dimensioni più che doppie, condizionatore allocato in maniera migliore ecc...), abbiamo chiesto il cambio e ci era anche stato accordato, ma una colazione continentale ridicola per qualità e quantità e i soliti problemi di acqua ci hanno fatto cambiare hotel dopo una permanenza inferiore alle 12 ore!!!

excellent stay
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was in relatively good condition. One of the rooms had a malfunctioning shower drain, and the water drain rather slowly, but that's only less than perfect thing about this hotel. It is located on one of the side streets of Patong. Its location is very convenient and also remote enough that the noise would not reach our room. Overall, a great stay and will consider coming back next year.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber, der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Freie PC-Nutzung im Foyer, keine Probleme mit dem WIFI, leider etwas laut in der Nacht, dafür sehr zentral gelegen.

Terrible Experience
My Boyfriend and I were renting a studio. When we entered the room, the room was smelled bad like it was empty for years. The room was very big and nice looking but it was a little dusty. When I went to the toilet, I found that the toilet facilities were old and a little rusty. Then I found that the water was yellowish and dirty when I opened the basin water-tap! What I satisfied the most was the staffs' attitude as they were very helpful and polite when they were helping us on the "Dirty Water" issue. The Wifi was very slow, Aircon was not cool enough, In-room safe was locked. The most terrible issue was the poor soundproof because we were awaken for several times in nights by the other guests. We could hear the guests were talking along the corridor or in their room. This made us felt sleepy and affected our spirit in the next day. We would never rent this hotel again as our vacation was spoiled by these unhappy experiences.

工作人員Nice但有蟑螂，唔乾淨，冷氣唔夠凍
半夜落機，凌晨3點幾先搭的士返酒店，偏僻，的士司機打酒店電話問左好耐先識路，訂房前寫明要两張單人床，結果都係俾一張雙人床，雖然肯換返，但都搞左一輪，第二朝見到有好多吉房，空置率都幾高，出門口前見到執房阿姐係隔離房坐住係度吹水，返黎依然見到佢地坐係度吹，仲有陣除左鞋既味，好臭，講左唔使執房，返黎都係執左，打開房門仲見地有蟑螂，超大隻，嚇死人，住咁多次酒店都未試過有蟑螂，我地果晚都無係間房食野，已經有蟑螂既，咁乾淨極都有限啦，雖然工作人員係nice但唔會再住囉。

Ich war im März und April 2015 für 20 Nächte im Hotel. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag super gereinigt. Die Betten waren Ok und die Einrichtung des Zimmers ebenfalls. Kostenlose Pflegeprodukte im Bad standen reichlich zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen, Seitenstraße. Das Vergnügungsviertel ist aber bequem zu Fuß in 5 – 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Strand in ca. 10 Minuten. Es war ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Und ich könnte mir vorstellen dieses Hotel ei einem nächsten Besuch in Patong wieder zu buchen.

Cheap, great location. Close to the main attractions of Patong like the beach, nightlife, fresh seafood, small shop houses, Jungceylon, and banana walk mall. Room was cleaned everyday. Although there was one night where their water system failed and we didn't have water for one night, it was immediately fixed the next morning. Other than that and assuming you only want a clean decent place to sleep in, then this hotel was great in terms of price and practicality. Their staff were very nice and approachable. This hotel doesn't have amenities like gyms or pools but their sister hotels do and you can use them too. Overall a great stay, wouldn't mind staying here again :)

Hotel situated 5 mins walk to Juncyelon Mall , 10 mins walk to Bangla road , 2 mins walk to local market. everything you need to find is nearby.. on the last day on my stay there were no water in the room. luckily my friend stay in nearby hotel. other than that all perfect!!!

It is very closed to the market, about 5 min walk. Not so far from the beach. About 10 minutes on foot. The room was clean and good. Balcony very small, and without any view, only to other hotel rooms. But it was OK.

Good hotel. Bit confusing about the pool.
Here is no pool, it is only in the almost same named hotel, about 5 min on foot. It is free for these hotel's guest. Breakfast was very good.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for the first couple of days, but i don't think that was any fault of the hotel, but it did inconvenience me. I got really confused trying to find the hotel, when i clicked on the map, it brought up another Hemingways Hotel, i have notified the hotel about it, there are 3 Hemingways hotel and i had to walk around them all to find out where this one was. But apart from that it was located near enough to the sites i wanted to visit, staff were friendly enough, i used the pool at Hemingways Silk.

最悪でした。 まず、当然のように系列ホテルの、silkに回された上、ツインの予約なのに、ダブルしかないと。 元の予約のホテルからは連絡がいっておらず、いちいち説明するはめに。 暑い中歩かされた上、すぐに部屋に入れない...汗だくだ。 絶対に無理と、頑なに断っていれば、ツインの部屋になった。しかし、トイレが詰まっていて、使用できない。 ホテル自体は新しく、部屋も広いが、ベッドか布団かにダニがいて、全身100ヶ所以上刺された... さらに極めつけは、帰りの日にタクシーをオーダーしたが、ミスブッキングだった。 とりあえず15分待たされ、いつ来るのだと聞くと、10分後と。 さらに待って聞きに行くと、タクシーは来ないと。 で、予約の際に、メモされた紙がカウンターに貼っているのを見つけ問い詰めたが、自分が予約を取ってないから知らないと言い出す... 時間がないから、とにかく呼べと言ってもないタクシーの連絡先が分からないと。 もう諦め、とにかく謝れと言ったが、自分のミスでないのに、何で謝らなければならないと、逆ギレしてくる始末... 何とか外でタクシーが捕まり、ギリギリ飛行機に乗れたが、最悪の出発だった。 このホテルのせいで、すべて最悪の旅行になってしまった。 周辺ホテルはどこも新築なので、別のホテルを予約されることを、強くすすめます。
