Store rom med god plass
Meget stort rom/leilighet så sentralt som overhode mulig. Rent og pent og alt av utstyr (inkludert vaskemaskin) I leiligheten. Litt enkel frokost

Sentralt hotell
Sentralt beliggende hotell. Oppgradering til leilighet. Air condition fungerte dårlig, men så var det også 35 grader ute.

Vakre omgivelser!
Nydelig hotell i vakre omgivelser. Hotellets ansatte er svært hjelpsomme og holder en høy standard hva angår service. Rommet var stort og luftig, pent og praktisk. Det eneste vi har å utsette på oppholdet er at dobbeltsengen knirker svært mye, slik at det ble vanskelig å sove to voksne der.

Supert hotell
Hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet, stilfullt innredet, men kanskje litt "kaldt" for mange nordmenms smak. Renholdet er "pico bello", resepsjonsservice super, fin kontinental frokost i tilliggende kafte (man går inn gjennom egen inngang fra hotellet). Rommet jeg hadde (de fleste tror jeg) har god kjøkkenfasilitet om man ønsker å stelle selv. Dette gikk pussig nok på bekostning av at det ikke var kaffe eller teposer i kjøkkenet. I april var dette rommet utrolig billig for standarden, 125Euro per natt. Det var døgnbetjent garasje i 3 min gangavstand fra hotellet, den lå i kjelleren til Hotel Stendahl, også verdt å vurdere, men ikke samme format som Dalla Rosa:)

Wonderful, family run hotel
VERY nice service, a fantastic suite. At the time they had some small construction in the courtyard, but that can't be helped and no way detracted. The room was beautiful, cosy, the people fantastic, in the middle of Parma right next to a very nice park, great restaurants...this was a wonderful place.

A very nice stay that felt luxurious. The location cannot be beat and the room was just fantastic. Views of the cathedral and plaza from the window and a Guide Michelin restaurant around the corner, where we had both breakfast and dinner. Super nice staff too. Highly recommended.

The property is immediately across the courtyard from the Duomo and Baptistry - both are great sites to visit. The room is spacious and comfortable. Parking is remote - about a quarter mile - but the ground is level making transporting luggage manageable. There is an elevator at the property.

What a wonderful hotel and location. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. They had working AC unlike many other 4 to 5 star hotels we were at in Italy. The beds were actually soft! They even had TV in English. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, but still tucked away to feel private and secure. We loved this hotel and Parma so much we are already planning another trip to both. The only issue I had is the top cover sheet on the bed was sprayed with a fragrance. It was nice but I have allergies so I removed it while we were there. If you have bad allergies I'm sure you could request in advance not to have scents sprayed in your room. Mark this one in your favorites as I am certain you will feel the same as I do.

Points positifs - Emplacement MAGIQUE - Nous avions été surclassés dans une chambre plus grande avec une petite kitchenette - Literie confortable - Hôtel calme - Parking proche avec des places larges pour les voitures (on peut garder les clefs) - Personnes à la réception efficaces et souriantes Points négatifs - Petits déjeuners pas à la hauteur (cadre et qualité des produits). Le petit déjeuner ne se prend pas à l’hôtel mais dans un bar à coté.

They didn’t give me the free bottle of wine for being a gold member and didn’t even make up the room the next day. We had to order fresh towels. The bed was not comfortable and too short. The street extremely noisy and the room too hot. Not a luxury property at all.

Dear Flavia,Thank you for your review, which I'll share with all the staff in order to constantly improve our service.I take the opportunity to reply to a couple of matters that you've underlined: Our proprerty is not participating in any "gold member program" therefore we couldn't imagine you were expecting a complimentary bottle of wine; Our housekeeper saw the "do not disturb" sign on your door in the morning, therefore she respected your indication.We're going to check the comfort of the mattress but I would like to inform all the readers, that it's 200cm long without any footboard, definitely not too short; as for the room temperature, it could be regulated with the control located in the room.Finally, we’re located in a pedestrian-religious area, where only few vehicles are allowed to enter (Hotel or Residents), but yes there might be the sound of bell of the Cathedral during the day, not at night.I hope you’ll give us another chance to welcome you in the future.

Nice little hotel
Amazing location in a beautiful building, in a great city. The bedrooms in the suite were spacious, but the bathroom wasn't great, and the mattresses and bedding were uncomfortable. Pretty pared back service but it was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was useful but it was hard to access things in the car if we needed them. No overnight reception desk.

Localização privilegiada.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, estando ao lado do duomo de Parma. O palazzo é muito bonito. Não gostei por ter solicitado um quarto com cama de casal e a hospedagem me colocou num quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntadas sem um acolchoado que nivelasse as duas camas. Na saída houve um pequeno problema no check-out em relação a forma de pagamento das diárias.

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
