This is the smallest hotel I have ever been in, in my life. Actually, my bedroom closet is bigger than the bedroom. If you want to use the bathroom in the same area as your bed, this is the place for you. Awful awful awful. And what makes it worse is they made the pictures look like the rooms were bigger than what they actually are. The place is god awful and I would probably rather spend night sleeping in a dirty taxi with a African scammer than spend another night in there.

Had a great stay at the practic hotel for four nights. Location was great. Rooms were a tad small but it did the trick; I didn’t come to Paris to stay in the hotel! It was clean and safe. The staff made my stay! They were so lovely and helped me carry my very heavy bags. Thank you kindly.

Great hotel especially if you love the Marais and great shopping / cafe /resto area around. In my opinion the best area in Paris. Only small drawback there’s no lift /elevator so someone with mobility issues thus could be tough. It’s a small staircase especially if you’re on the top floors. (6 is top floor). Other then that would reco.

Excelente localização, próximo da estação do metrô, lugar super tranquilo e próximo de várias opções de lazer e comida. Tudo certinho conforme o anúncio, o quarto realmente é bem pequeno, mas está novinho e super atende, a gente só ia no hotel pra dormir, então atendeu perfeitamente. Funcionários da recepção atenciosos e cordiais. Ficaria novamente pelo custo/benefício e localização.

Bed bugs - terrible stay. No lift our room was on the 6th floor - no aircondition, water pot not working , plug was cut . Bathroom was ok - overall it is really terrible . I forgot my neck pillow but they did not return to think we left our suitcases hours after we checked out . They could have returned . This hotel. We reported the bugs they said they checked and there was none as they said - water pot not addressed.

Bon séjour a prix raisonnable et bien placé
Bon séjour, chambre toute petite mais confortable et propre. Très bon accueil, à n’importe quel moment de la nuit, très utile !! Prix correct pour un hôtel très bien situé dans le marais. Rue très calme, bien que la chambre soit très mal isolée. Douche propre & tout à fait convenable. On recommande cet hôtel, prix raisonnable !

Reception tried to give me a smaller room
Very old hotel with small room. The reception try to give me a smaller room than the one I booked which the room is basically just the bed. Have to put luggage in the bed.

Picture and actual room is different, making it look too good on picture. Room is so small that you can't even open the bags. Not so clean room and didn't have elevator... I had to bring 25kg bag to 5th floor... no one will help you. breakfast was 3 bread and coffee...

You like walking up stairs, this is your place
It was comfortable but the hotel (7 stories) had no elevator which made it difficult climbing 7 flights of stairs after a long day of walking. I had an accident of not reaching the bathroom in time. After that incident I requested to be moved to a lower level for the remainder of my stay which was accommodated.

Bon accueil au sein de l'hôtel. Réceptionniste attentif et agréable. Pas d'obligation mais j'ai été placée au 1er étage pour tenir compte de ma grossesse avancée, ce qui a été bien appréciable. La chambre était petite, certes, mais très propre et tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin y est, donc parfait. A noter que la nuit c'était très silencieux, car la fenêtre donnait sur une cour intérieur, donc nuit reposante au top. Je conseille !

Unfortunately I book a hotel room with a bathroom. What I really got was a hallway with a horrible set up in a bed on the end. I honestly felt I was getting a homeless free room . I understand I didn’t pay a lot, but that place it’s not a hotel . The people working there was nice and friendly, the room “ or wherever you call a room was clean. But if you can pay 30-50 dollars more… do it for a different place .

Very traditional up to the point of having a physical key for your door that you’re expected to leave at the front desk whenever you leave the hotel.

Preisverhältniss nicht vertretbar. Teuer und KLEIN . Stehende dusche mit WC , nach dem duschen ist alles nass. Im zimmer kann man kaum 2 koffer reinnehmen und sich bewegen. Laut und hellhörig, man hört jedes WC spülen oder Treppensteigen von den anderen Zimmern. Laage i.O. , Sauber war es immerhin.

April 2022 delightful stay
This is a lovely, small, well-managed hotel in the Marais area. The room was small, but well laid out, nicely decorated, with an up-to-date bathroom. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The location was superb; an easy walking distance to many attractions and the Metro. I would stay there again.

This is a lovely, small, well-managed hotel in the Marais area. The room was small, but well laid out, nicely decorated, with an up-to-date bathroom. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The location was superb; an easy walking distance to many attractions and the Metro. I would stay there again.
