Great hotel! Nice location, short distance to l’Arc Triomf. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly abd helpful staff. The bus to the airport is leaving from right outside the lobby. Can absolutely recommend this hotel!

Lors de la réservation, j'avais demandé une chambre d'angle calme. Le premier jour, il y avait beaucoup de bruit de chantier, alors quand je me suis plaint, ils m'ont transféré dans une chambre plus calme au 7ème étage. J'aimerais avoir une chambre calme au 7ème étage dès le début. Lors de mon départ, il y avait une différence avec le prix que j'avais réservé, alors je me suis plaint et ils m'ont accordé une petite réduction. Le personnel était gentil, mais ces problèmes auraient pu être résolus dès le début. Je veux que vous fassiez attention à ne pas causer de problèmes. J'aimerais y retourner l'année prochaine.

Le room service est très insatisfaisant, il faut payer 8h pour monter une bouteille d’eau ou pour monter un couteau, à croire qu’il y’a une soutraitance. Pour un hôtel de cet acabit, c’est pas sérieux, ça démontre juste une arnaque et du business, mais l’hôtel prend un coup, car cela fait 23 àns que je suis régulièrement hébergée dans cet hôtel à raison de 4 fois dans l’année, et franchement c’est dénigrant et dégradant. On n’a pas envie d’y retourner.

The hotel was clean, walking distance to many areas and restaurants and shops are near by the hotel. The hotel staff missed cleaning our room a few nights in row.
