The hotel is beautiful but the staff make your stay unforgettable. They are friendly and very accommodating. Their Epicure restaurant is outstanding 3 Michelin star amazing. Food, wine and staff are the best. We had a wonderful time. Location is excellent. We will certainly return again and again!!

The worst service ever in a 5 star hotel
The worst service ever in a 5 star hotel. I booked a superior room for 2 adults in which the description says 1 child stays free and when we went there they said for security reasons you cannot stay in this room and you must go to a junior suite and we need to pay 300 euros more per night. After the manager came and said i will give you a deluxe room and you will pay 150 euro per day. Oh my God, I only stay in 5 star hotels booking for 2 adults and 1 child stays free (3 years old) because the child co-sleeps with us so we don't need extra bed, and i have never face this problem. The manager sent us some fruits for welcome and we thank him but that's it. In this hotel there is no service even if i forget what happened with the room. Nobody speak with you. I didn't feel the service of a 5 star hotel. So if you want to pay for top hotel in Paris you better prefer serious companies.

Dear Guest, We were most surprised to discover the message you posted on Hotels.com and we are sincerely sorry to learn your disappointment regarding your last visit to Le Bristol Paris. We understand that you made a booking in a superior room without mentioning your child due to the fact that we do not charge for any children under 12 years old at any case. However, an extra bed cannot be installed in a superior room. If you had made the booking for two adults and one child, the website would have automatically proposed either a prestige room or a junior suite. Due to safety measures, we were unable to allocate one double bed for three of you in spite of the young age of your child. For this reason, our Duty Manager proposed to upgrade your accommodation in a higher category. And, as you can easily imagine, the comfort of our guests is very important and our aim is to have our guests experience the best Le Bristol has to offer. We are upset that you found a lack of consideration and service during you stay with us. It goes without saying that our wish is that each and every guest have the sentiment that they are the most important guests to the Hotel. We give careful attention, or time, as all our guests during their stay with us. We are sincerely sorry that you did not come away with this feeling. We would hope that you will be able to return to Paris in the not too distant future. Please do not hesitate to contact my office directly once you have your travel plans set. We will do our utmost to ensure that you have a seamless and unforgettable stay. Looking very much forward to welcoming you back with us soon, I remain. Have a great time at the property. The staff was very helpful and nice. Love that breakfast was already included with the room price. Breakfast was amazing! Food was delicious. The staff that served us was amazing as well. Room was very comfortable and nice. They kept the room clean everyday. Bed is prepared every night with new bottle of water left on our night stand. The pool area is beautiful. Pool water was kept perfectly warm all day and new towels were provided. Unfortunately, it can get crowded. The hotel is beautiful. We would definitely visit this hotel again.
