"Suite" is a joke . Very small room and expensive for what it is . Complained to reception - they did not care at all.

Great location
Great location near terminal 3 and cdgval. The room was quiet & clean, but the toilet brush was missing. Hand sanitizer dispensers were empty in the lobby and breakfast buffet area.

That this hotel is close to the Paris airport was a definite plus. Incredibly easy access to no-cost shuttle/train to all airport terminals (running every few minutes!). Also liked the on-site Jetlag Restaurant. Room was comfortable and spacious.

My difficulty wasn’t with the hotel staff or the hotel facilities, but with the lack of signage or confusing signage throughout the airport. It would have helped if the booking confirmation had made it clear that I had to go to terminal 3 once I got off the the TGV from Tours. It took some time to discover that fact. The signs seem to indicate that we had to take shuttles from terminal 2B or 2D. It would also have helped if Expedia had made it clear that the Ibis and the Inis Styles are two different hotels, but also that they are adjacent to each other. My party, booking separately, ended up divided between the two hotels, and weren’t certain until the end of the search whether they were even near each other.

The ceiling was leaking water (I touched it and was soaked) they did give us a new room, but it 10 pm and they didn’t offer to help with luggage or anything- super inconvenient with a morning flight

The hotel is a free train shuttle from CDG airport. Staff are friendly and breakfast is included. If you expect luxury in your hotel this is not for you. This is for the budget mined traveller some amenities added.

Three night stay. Perfect for our itinerary of Disney, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast provided good variety. Dinner one night at hotel. Jet lag Burger- would order again. Ease of access to RER, so no car needed. One issue was ac system not working in room. Staff provided fan and we slept better the following nights.

Sehr freundlicher Check in. Tolles Frühstück! Das Familienzimmer sehr groß. Tolle Aufmachung des Hotels, alles sprachig und Thema Weltall. Leider etwas muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, welches auch sehr kalt war. Weder Klimaanlage noch Heizung funktionierten. Die Dusche ist leider ungünstig gebaut, Benutzung ohne Wasserpanscherei im Bad nicht möglich. Toilette und Dusche/Waschbecken getrennt, war super. Lichtverhältnisse im Bad relativ gedämpft. Das Essen und der Service im Restaurant war klasse und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Schneller und einfacher Check out, Transfer zum Flughafen kostenlos fast vor der Tür. Wir empfehlen weiter und kommen gerne wieder

Room was very basic (towels, bed & shower, toilet & sink). No kettle & cups to make tea/coffee, no shower cap, razor - Had to run down to receptions area to use a shared kettle and only paper cups offered at the bar / restaurant.

The address for the property lead drivers to the sister hotel. Long lines to check in. Room very warm even with max AC. Food was very good, had a meal and breakfast. Staff hit and miss. 2 helpful employees but most seemed mildly bothered. Overall clean and could not be more convenient to airport.

Room was far larger than similarily starred Ibis Styles in the city (Paris) - but expected due to being a newer building. Was very clean. Breakfast was fairly comprehensive. Room issues were 1) seemed the heat was not turned on for the building, so the room was a bit cool. I think they maybe already turned it to cool only? Bathroom sink did not drain well. Having an iron in the room would have been helpful. Other than that, fine and everything else worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly.

First, the staff was great. Had I know how bare bones and depressing my room at Ibis Styles Hotel at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport was going to be, I would have gone anywhere else. I was expecting a simple hotel room. What I found was a room with half a window, a very soft bed, pillows so thin and plastic feeling they might as well noted have existed, and a lack of style that made the room feel like a weigh station to prison! The furniture in the room makes Ikea furniture seem luxurious. Slapping a coat of paint and making the hotel look modern does not counter a truly horrible, depressing, uncomfortable stay. What a way to end my holiday!

Very basic hotel, but can't beat the convenience to CDG T3. 5 min walk from the terminal. Rooms were clean, but with soap as the only amenity. Breakfast was typical hotel continental. No issues. Would stay again if I was flying out of T3.

Fantastic location to the airport, extremely convenient. Rooms were great, included breakfast was perfect. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning or even a fan in the room. Windows don’t open, so very stuffy. Apparently the hotel turns climate control on in summer, but not fall/winter/spring. Made for an uncomfortable couple of nights.

Location is good for getting to and from CDG but there is nothing there other than that. Bed was comfortable and wifi worked well. The breakfast options were many. Good for what it is -- a place to sleep during a connection wait before or after a flight. One oddity, there are no facial tissues in the room -- don't think I've seen that before.

They had no air conditioning. Staff said that whole hotel lost air conditioning!!!!!! No answer when it would come back. Did not have for the whole stay. Cramped up rooms. Very limited basic aminities. Decided not to come back to this hotel or this group.
