Ødelagt aircondition og varme
Fint i resepsjon og hyggelige ansatte. Rommet var veldig lite og ser bedre ut på bildene. Badet var knøttlite men veldig god standard. Vi fikk et rom hvor air condition var ødelagt og ikke kunne skrus av. Klagde og fikk ikke byttet rom, men fikk inn en varmeovn da den på rommet ikke funket. Endet i forkjølelse på oss begge. Hadde vært ganske mye mer fornøyd hvis varme og luft hadde funket som det skulle. Men veldig greit med tanke på god pris på rommet. Popcornvegger som ikke var det fineste, men opplevde rommet ellers som rent og fint.

Although it may be a bit small, this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed at. It’s just enough for a couple of days in Paris. Note that it is very close to metro and it’s easy to get around.

Clean and pleasant typical city hotel.. We didn't use dining or breakfast options, as more interesting possibilities in easy reach. Reception Clerk attempted to overcharge us for taxe sejour and had to be corrected - luckily my mental arithmetic was faster than his computer.

I enjoyed my two night stay. I unexpectedly had a view of the Eiffel Tower from my room! I loved being able to watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night from the comfort of my bed. The location is great. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

On a beaucoup aimé. À côté de la ligne de métro 6. Beau quartier sécuritaire. Une boulangerie, une pharmacie et un dépanneur à côté. Bon restaurant juste en face. Hôtel très propre, au goût du jour. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. Un mini frigo serait apprécié. C’est tout ce qui manque.

I will start by saying that to me the service is the most important part. I was surprised with how uneducated and rude was the people in the lobby, besides Johnson that was polite and pleasant, our encounters with the personal weren't nice, so if you want to spend your money in a place where you receive a good service, I strongly recommend you to book somewhere else. The bar area was nice, average price for the food and drinks. One of the bartenders was also really nice. The hotel is 22 minutes away from the Eiffel tower, 40 minutes from the airport and everything else is far, so be ready to walk a lot. The room was really small, no compartments to storage close. Tiny bathroom, I guess this is normal in Paris, as per other travelers. The air conditioner was not working, we had to open the window to get some air. They never added soap in the shower, thankfully we brought our own. Hopefully the issues with service are resolved, the hotel is not cheap and when you are planning to spend a week sightseeing and spending money, the least a customer should receive is a smile and maybe a nice bonsoir.
