Das Hotel ist klein und gut gelegen. Die Umgebung selbst ist eher etwas heruntergekommenen. Das Personal am Empfang ist nicht gerade übermäßig freundlich. Dafür ist aber die Dame aus der Küche, die für das Frühstück zuständig ist? super freundlich. Man wurde zum teil am Tisch bedient und es wurde sich öfter erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten ein 3er zimmer für 3 Erwachsene. Das Hauptbett war für und sehr bequem. Das dritte Bett (schlafsofa) dagegen war nicht wirklich bequem. Das sollte bei einem VIP Hotel anders sein.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel in itself is very old, run down and not in good shape. Looks nothing like the pictures and is extremely noisy. The rooms were clean but this hotel is a 2 star at best. The location wasn’t incredible either, not the best area.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was conveniently located (5 minutes walk from Montparnasse train station) and there were restaurants, Monoprix market and the Observation Tower (59th floor) near the hotel. The receptionist, Anna, was super nice and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor, small but quiet with a comfortable bed. The only problem was that the shower drain wasn't working. When my husband took a shower, it flooded the bathroom floor and the water was coming into the bedroom. I used the towels to clean the floor. We packed our luggages and went downstairs to tell about the problem. We were told that the similar incident happened before. We wanted to see if they would give us another room but they told us there's no other room available. They said they would clean the room so we could stay. Anna offered us free croissants and a cup of coffee (since we lost our time for breakfast due to the incident). A few hours later, the room was cleaned and ready. I don't know if they fixed the drainage. The next morning we left for the airport. The hotel called for a taxi, and the driver came on time. Staying at this hotel was an adventure. We really appreciated Anna at the front desk.

Location is excellent to reach the local subway and inter-cities train. Very safe even at mid-night. A lot lot of restaurants around. Breakfast is great. Stuff either at receiption and restaurant are excellent. Only except the room, specially bathroom, is not perfectly clean but acceptable.

The room did not look anything like the website. We stayed in a club room which was suppose to have view of the city. True room was facing an old derelict multi-storey car park looking building. It says the rooms are sound proof but we could hear people walking in the hallway. The room was really small. The shower was of poor standard and not maintained well. Th O say the description of the room was exaggerated is an understatement. The bed was comfy which was a surprise. Will defo at Ely not stay here again.

A nice hotel to stay at without breaking the bank.
All was good. A very nice place to stay. Easy to get to other locations. If you're a walker, it is a really nice place to save money on hotel stay. I've stayed at this hotel at least 12 days over the past few years.

Un mois à l’avance, j’ai contacté l’hôtel par téléphone pour confirmer qu’ils acceptaient les chèques vacances, et ils m’ont assuré que c’était le cas, alors j’ai réservé chez eux. À mon arrivée, ils ont refusé les chèques vacances, arguant qu’un employé s’était trompé en me répondant. Bien que je comprenne que l’erreur est humaine, la personne à l’accueil ne s’est même pas excusée pour ce désagrément et a remis en question mes dires, sans montrer la moindre sympathie, ni esquisser un sourire. Le manque de professionnalisme, de courtoisie, d’amabilité et d’empathie était flagrant. Cette situation aurait pu être gérée autrement. De plus, la chambre était très mal insonorisée, ce qui permettait d’entendre toutes les conversations des chambres du même étage. Un point positif tout de même : la propreté.

Péssima experiência de hospedagem.
Péssima experiência. Às 15h30 o quarto ainda não estava pronto para realizarmos o checkin. Deixamos as malas na recepção e, ao retornar, às 18h30, entramos no quarto. Pia do banheiro entupida e descarga sem funcionar. A única funcionária do hotel, que estava na recepção, conseguiu arrumar a descarga, mas a pia ficou entupida até o dia seguinte, porque não tinha ninguém que pudesse resolver o problema. O quarto extremamente quente todo o tempo. Não há a possibilidade de controle de temperatura no quarto, a despeito de haver ar condicionado. O aquecimento é central, e a temperatura do quarto estava programada, segundo a funcionária da recepção, para 26 graus. Havia a opção, caso estivéssemos com calor, apenas de desligar o aquecedor e encarar a temperatura que o quarto atingiria considerando que, do lado de fora, estava 0 grau. Ou seja, poderíamos escolher ficar com frio ou com calor, já que uma temperatura agradável para a família não era uma opção. Quarto escuro, frigobar minúsculo. A despeito de o hotel estar perto de várias estações de metrô, o que sem dúvidas é positivo, estar muito perto de uma estação central, como Gare Montparnasse, nos deixou inseguros pela frequencia das pessoas, especialmente à noite. O prédio da frente do hotel parece estar abandonado, com moradores de rua dormindo na marquise. Péssima relação custo-benefício. Sabidamente Paris é uma cidade de acomodações caras, mas nunca vi um hotel ser tão caro para o tão pouco que oferece.

Cute place perfectly located. Only issue is that there was mold in the bathroom and not sure if that is just common in old hotels or not in the city.
