For en flott uke vi fikk i Paris, mai 2022. Blant annet fordi vi bodde på Hotel Bastille Boutet. Virkelig et supert hotell! De ansatte var veldig profesjonelle og utrolig hyggelige og de fikk oss til å føle oss hjemme og godt ivaretatt 🎶 Dette er definitivt en av mine beste hotellopplevelser, og det har vært mange hotellopphold opp gjennom årene. Boutet anbefales på det sterkeste.

On arrival I was surprised to be asked to pay a security deposit of 300 Euros, I was promised by staff that this wouldn't be debited. It was debited. I was told it would be put back into my account when we checked out in 3 days time. It wasn't. It finally cleared back into my account 1 week after we checked out.

Liked everything about it . Nice restaurants /bakeries nearby, good breakfast selections , cleanliness of place , safe surroundings . Great associates , special shout out to 2 most wonderful ladies who welcomed us on our late arrival March 3 ( Inga and Mena - pls excuse if misspelled names ) , thank you very much everyone for your kindness . We just love visiting Paris and this hotel with a marvelous team work .

Super helpful and friendly staff, large rooms, good transport links and great local amenities (Bistro Paul Bert and Patisserie Cyril Lignac being particular highlights). We've stayed in a lot of hotels in Paris but rarely gone back to the same one twice. We will be back to Hotel Boutet!

Belle devanture, accueil correct mais très approximatif dans les détails, pas le petit plus que doit offrir un 5*, une boisson d’accueil, monter nos bagages, etc… Concernant la chambre, matelas inconfortable, salle de bain 2*, trop petite, embuée dès le début de la douche dû à une aération mal dimensionnée. Dans l’ensemble déçu car loin de ce que l’on attend de ce genre d’établissement.

Fire Alarm went off at 1am, lift not working from the car park. Check us in tk a dirty room that hadnt beeen cleaned from previous guests. Not a 5 star hotel at all.

I requested an early check in since my flight into Paris landed at 8 am . The hotel was so kind enough to have my room ready for me at 10.30 am when I got to the hotel . It was a very sweet gesture to make sure I didn’t have to wait after a long flight . The check in and check out processes were very smooth . The food at the breakfast service and room service were both really good too . I didn’t use the pool but it looked like a lovely space to relax . Overall I was very satisfied and the hotel staff were very helpful and willing to address any requests . Thank you .

Good news! The hotel will comp you two drinks for being woken up at 2-3 am by a cockroach crawling on your skin and then after finally falling asleep at 5am, ignoring your “do not disturb” sign and waking you at 9am. So much for the honeymoon experience we never got when we first got married. Now at 60 I thought we deserved a great hotel experience. Not so much. *Get this: not even one apology.* I’m Canadian so I know we over apologize and expect others to…but come on!

Room was small but ok. Bed not overly comfortable as they had added an extra layer on top of the mattress (for protection?) so it was too soft and lumpy. Towel not provided one day after room cleaned so I had to use the spa towel. Long hair on the bathroom wall (not mine, I’m bald) stayed there the entire time I stayed - I wanted to see if it was going to be cleaned away. It wasn’t

This is our second time staying at this boutique hotel. It is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The shower has plenty of water pressure and the rooms are a great size. The location is awesome. Away from all the tourist hustle while still being located in a vibrant Parisian neighborhood. The staff is outstanding, especially Julio as he provided amazing dining suggestions highlighting a myriad of food options from multiple cultures. He made my wife’s 40th birthday celebration exceptional with his dining recommendations. Thank you Julio and Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet. We will most certainly see you again in a future visit.

Cleanliness, proximity to nicest restaurants/bistro , close to Metro for attractions and shopping . Always a great stay in this hotel . Feels safe around area , too .
