This Hotel is amazing. Expensive, but worth every penny. The staff, the decor, the rooms felt as if an unlimited budget was spent. The spa and spa pool were also 5 star - beautiful staff and architecture. Best place to stay in Paris

Wow, where to start… this is probably the best hotel experience i’ve ever had, and i do travel a lot. A historic real estate fully renovated. All is pristine. Facilities are VERY technological and modern (no Louis XIV furniture) but the frescoes on the wall and the architecture remind you are in historical Paris. Location is perfect with all the nice shops, le grand epicerie and bon marche just a few steps, without the hordes of (other) tourists. Joana at the reception made the stay even more special with a tour of the property and some special tips, as well as kindness that you wouldn’t expect! Proper restaurant and beautiful bar. Not a cheap hotel but it was worth every penny.

This hotel is an extremely poor value. The common rooms were quite nice but the rooms themselves were quite small. The housekeeping was atrocious. But most importantly the hotel is almost chemically overpriced. Except I didn't find it funny.

Unser erneuter Aufenthalt war leider eher sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig und man sagte uns man würde uns anrufen wenn es fertig sei. Wir warteten bis ca. 16.00 Uhr und wurden auch nach 3 Stunden nicht angerufen. Die Zimmermädchen, die um ca. 17.00 Uhr ihre Runde machten liessen sämtliche Türen laut ins Schloss fallen dass dann ca. eine halbe Stunde mit Türenknallen erhellt wurde. Unsere Reservierung in der Brasserie war ebenso eine wahre Katastrophe, der Weis Wein war warm, die Mayonnaise zum Plateau fruit de mer 2 Tage alt, man bekam weder Schale zum säubern der Hände noch eine frische Servierte, das Fleisch eher zäh und zu guter letzt hat man uns dann noch die Flasche Wein doppelt berechnet. Die eigentlich schöne Bar, die wir dann besuchen wollten sei dann angeblich auch nur mit Reservierung zu betreten... als Hotelgäste, wiederkehrend... ! Sehr sehr schade... der Service, Augenmerk und Anspruch war einmal besser!

Razoável, já fiquei em outros hotéis palácio em Paris e achei esse um pouco aquém do padrão. Minha cama não era king size, não tinha ferro de passar e erraram meu nome no cartão de boas vindas. Só houve preparação de cama para dormir 1 noite. O café da manhã também na brasserie bem a desejar.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I felt like everything there was an extra and we asked for a tea kettle to be brought up and for our room to be cleaned and the tea kettle never showed and we had to remind them about the room. No free breakfast and if we wanted breakfast it was 56 euro a person

Très bel hôtel, rénovation de qualité avec un bar magnifique même si malheureusement le covid nous l’interdit pour le moment. Très belle architecture avec plein de détails magnifiques redécouverts ... Wojciech le responsable relation clientèle est PARFAIT, très gentil et sympathique il nous a conté l’histoire de l’hôtel avec visite, merci! Malheureusement nous avons été déçu par la chambre deluxe où nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Certes le lit est parfait mais pour un Palace...verres du mini bar sales avec traces de lèvres, absence de sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, pas de réapprovisionnement automatique des capsules café le lendemain, petit déjeuner décevant hyper minimaliste pour le tarif, peignoirs trop petits (on me dit qu’il n’y a que ça, je mesure 1m80 seulement). Certes le Covid complique les choses, nous avons pu comprendre qu’il n’y avait plus de dispo pour la piscine même si nous étions plus que déçus car ce devrait faire parti des prestations...mais un hôtel de ce type, Palace qui plus est, doit rester un lieu d’exception et de plaisir luxueux en toutes circonstances. Nous avons séjournes dans plusieurs 5etoiles dont Palaces à Paris, nous reviendrons pour le bar Joséphine mais peut être pas en séjour...

Nous apprécions vos commentaires à propos de la rénovation de l’hôtel, et ne manquerons pas de partager avec Vojciech votre très encourageant commentaire. Vos critiques sur la chambre seront adressées à qui de droit, et nous vous en remercions car ils nous permettront de parfaire nos prestations. Pour votre information au sujet des sèches-serviettes, sachez que nos murs en marbre sont chauffants et font donc le même travail. Pour les peignoirs également, nous mettons toujours en chambre deux tailles. Enfin, la Covid nous oblige en effet de nous adapter, notamment en terme d’accès au Spa Akasha et à sa piscine et regrettons que vous n’ayez pu y accéder. En effet, les créneaux d’une heure par chambre se réservent en amont et les plannings peuvent donc se remplir complètement rapidement. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau au Bar Joséphine et en séjour chez nous.

Agréable mais pas au niveau palace en ce moment
Séjour agréable en cette période compliquée mais le service n'était pas au niveau d'un Palace: - Réveillé au téléphone pour un petit déjeuner que nous n'avions pas commandé, puis de nouveau réveil par le room service pour ce même petit déjeuner que nous avions confirmé plus tôt ne pas avoir commandé. - Oublie du Room service pour le diner et serveur completement débordé car l'hotel avait mal anticipé les besoins de personnel pour la periode des fêtes. Accès à la piscine et spa disponible pour 12 chambres par jour seulement (créneau d'une heure) donc impossible d'en réserver un si vous ne bookez pas votre chambre au moins un mois à l'avance.
