Nous regrettons d'apprendre que ce séjour dans notre établissement 4 étoiles n'a pas totalement répondu à vos attentes. Lors de votre réservation, vous avez expressément sollicité une chambre à la décoration "Molière", ainsi précisé « la chambre avec la murale représentant les personnages du 18e siècle ». Comme indiqué dans le descriptif d'Expedia, la superficie de nos chambres classiques est comprise entre 12 et 13m2, sachant que toutes nos chambres "Molière" ont été rénovées l'année dernière. En effet, nous ne prévoyons pas de plateau de courtoisie dans nos chambres. Nous fournissons toutefois bouilloire, thé et café sur demande lors de l’envoi du pré-stay.Les tarifs pratiqués lors de votre visite sont en phase avec ceux pratiqués par nos confrères à la même période, compte tenu de la coupe du monde de rugby. Enfin, tous nos clients ont la possibilité de circuler librement dans l'hôtel. Nous sommes d'ailleurs toujours ravis de leur faire visiter. Notre collaboratrice vous a néanmoins interpelée alors que vous descendiez au sous-sol, là ou se situent les parties privatives, la réserve ainsi que le sauna, dans lequel se trouvaient des clients.
