Bra hotell som ligger nært disneyland. Frokost helt ok, Bassenget er ganske kaldt. Shuttlebuss er som regel helt fult og kommer kun innom hoteller hvis det er ledig plass. Så det må beregnes god tid hvis man skal rekke tog eller fly. Bussen bruker ca 10min til disneyland.

Varmt rom uten aircondition på denne tiden av året. De ansatte i restauranten kunne ikke engelsk, fikk ikke tilbud om drikke før når vi var nesten spist opp.

Old hotel . Needs update!
Magic circle is an old hotel , the carpet in the room smells , the bad is old , everything is old . The breakfast isn’t 100% healthy . The colors inside corridors are awful .

Rent og pent på rommet . Synes kanskje det ikke var så rent nede i resepsjonsdelen . Veldig koselig de som jobbet der , fikk til og med oppgradert rommet uten å spørre om det . Stort flott rom , veldig fornøyd .

We arrived and our room didn’t fit a cot for my baby next to the bed so was advised I could change rooms for an additional £140 at my expense or put my baby at the foot of my bed. Once I paid, I waited over an hour and a half for my cot to arrive at my new room and at this time it was close to midnight. One female staff member on reception was very rude on the phone when I asked when my cot would arrive after waiting an hour. She advised I’d not been waiting long and to just wait. I had to go to reception to talk to a different member of staff ( a male) who was a lot more helpful. Overall a 3 night stay cost me £700 and I would expect better for that.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was very nice comfortable beds and spacious family room. Rooms cleaned daily. Very convenient for getting to disney park shuttles can be busy but even for a taxi very cheap. Breakfast was plentiful even during busy period something for everybody. Bar area was stunning and always clean and tidy as was reception. Great pool for a break away from parks and open until 10 pm just hard to find working locker but can leave belongings by the pool if not lucky with one. 2 small arcade rooms to entertain the kids and big kids. Nice grounds to walk around and huge inflatable in back garden for kids to play on too

Beim Eintritt fühlt man sich in eine andere Welt versetzt. Zimmer war groß genug, sauber und auch nicht hellhörig ( befand sich am Fahrstuhl). Das Frühstück war super, für jeden was dabei. Die Lage zum Disneyland ist Top. Einziges Manko Shuttle von Disneyland zum Hotel, über,überfüllt.

Alles heel netjes, maaltijden ontzettend goed. Minpuntje: we waren in het laagseizoen, bar was beperkt geopend en personeel van de bar leek er weinig zin in te hebben (niet Disney-waardig). Overige ervaringen met personeel overigens ontzettend goed!

we slept one night. the following morning my daughter forgot her inseparable stuffed animal in the room. We immediately called reception at around 11am...they told us there wasn't anything in the room. they asked me to send an email to which they never responded. inside the puppet there is an airtag !!!!!! it was just a sentimental value! no one cared about it and no one cared. It’s a hotel for children but it does not seem!!!

Les chambres ont été redecorées joliment, ideales pour 2 ad et 2 enf. ou 3 adultes mais la moquette de la chambre etait crasseuse le coffre etait hs, la chambre était trop chaude malgré l´arret de la climatisation. La piscine non surveillee,etait sympathique dommage qu´il y ait des personnes qui plongent. Le decor du hall et du bar est une expérience d´ immersion visuelle à voir.

A nice hotel but getting a little dated in some areas. The pool could do with an upgrade but if you’re only at Disney for a few days you’re probably not going to use it much. It’s technically off resort but has a shuttle. Staff were great.

Wonderful hotel, tremendous lobby especially for family with kids. The bar and restaurant are awesome as well. BUT the bus transfer is horrible. I know, the hotel is not responsible how people are actibg to each other, but more busses are definitely needed.
