Gamle bad. Svært lytt fra rom til gang. Trange rom og balkonger. Hyggelig og service innstilt ledelse. Veldig bra felles fasiliteter og mat.

No more! Horrible hotel! Money machine!
Unfortunately this hotel didn’t meet my expectations and were not worth the money I paid. Rude stuff, who doesn’t understand English very well. Cleaning service horrible. Coming into the room unexpected. We had one towel for 4 days. I asked both cleaners and receptionist for new towels twice. I traveled with a small baby who had an accident in bed. I had to take off duvet and asked for new one. After 3 days and several complains, we finally got new one. But sleeping under blanket without duvet. My son was sleeping under the large towel. Breakfast stuff rude, cursing all the time not realizing that customers could understand them. No A/C in elevator and very weak A/C in lobby. Only the the place we could hide from the heat was our room. Simply a money machine and unfortunately customers could feel that. I would say this hotel tried to safe on absolutely everything and doesn’t give you a feeling of a bit of exclusivity. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

Omtanke saknas
Hotellet ligger perfekt precis vid stranden. Välskött pool och rikligt med solstolar. Stort minus för städning av rummen, noppriga och fläckiga sängkläder. Personalen var oengagerade och det var inte många som gav ifrån sig ett leende. Med tanke på lägen så är det verkligen synd att den där lilla omtanken saknas som helhet.

Trevligt hotell med kalasläge nära strandpromenad samt havet då såklart. Vi valde halvpension där möjlighet fanns att byta ut lunch/middag varje dag. Vi tyckte maten var bra. Kom som en överraskning för oss, men var en utmärkt lösning att varva lunch och middag med externa restauranger. Riktigt bra! Även trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gratis solstolar & parasoll på hotellets område. Handdukar gick att låna mot deposition... Vi valde att hyra på stranden i stället. Ett stort plus var att man kunde boka ett rum i 30 min (i vårt fall på em för att tajma transfern) där man kunde duscha av sig innan avresan till flygplatsen. Detta helt utan kostnad. Humana priser i hotellbaren. Enda negativa egentligen OM man nu skall vara lite petig var att hissarna betedde sig ngt märkligt ibland. Åker vi till Fig Tree Bay igen skulle vi inte tveka att boka detta boende igen!

The hotel is in a good place by the sea but it has some problems like there was no air conditioning at the reception, the service was very poor, the staff needed more education. There are persons of the staff that they don’t speak Greek and you have to speak English in your own country. The food was ok, not the best but ok.

Das Personal hauptsächlich die Damen waren sehr unfreundlich und absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig und die Reinigung schlecht. Essen teilweise ok. Positiv ist die Lage und der Strand. Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Bra läge, inte så fräsch hotel
Läget var bra. Fin strand och nära till restauranger och shopping. Maten var bra. Vi hade halvpension. Rummet vi fick var inte fräsch. Troligen fanns det vägglöss på sängen. Tjejen hade utslag efter ett par dagar. Då tänkte vi att kanske berodde på allergier eller nåt liknande men efter att även jag fick samma typ av utslag som såg ut som myggbett så började vi misstänka vägglöss från sängen. Tog upp det med receptionen men de sa att det är bara myggbett som är typisk för Cypern. Efter att visat betten på en klinik samt via doctor.se så sa de att det är vägglöss. Först då fick vi byta rum till ett till synses bättre och renare rum.

Place is quite rundown, booked a double and got twin beds with one sheet on top of a mattress to lie on and nothing to use as a duvet. The sheets and towels both had brown stains. Walls are marked all over the hotel and hasn't been painted in years. Air con in the room just about worked. Pool and beach area is nice enough and whilst the food wasn't great there was a good selection and you can ask for a voucher to eat at the 5 star sister hotel one night.

Bra strandläge!
Det bästa med hotellet är läget direkt vid stranden. Ok mat, men inte särskilt grekisk. Kostas, barkillen rolig och charmig! Tjejen i baren också supergullig! Poolhanddukar finns mot deposition. -Man får betala för wifi.

Hotel require deep clean and some areas would benefit from refurbishment. Area around the pool well maintained, hotel is right by the beach and very close to all shops and restaurants. Food was decent but is lacking of atmosphere, a bit of music by the pool and restaurant area would be appreciated by the guests. Cleaners needs to be better and this would be a lovely place

booked with expedia with free wifi, hotel said they sold it on to someone else so had to pay 24 eur for the week plus 2 eur per day for safe and 2 eur a day for the fridge. was at the front of the hotel the Noise from the pub across the road, had live music till 1230 plus then disco till 0200.VERY LOUD.

A shame as could be lovely
The rooms are in poor condition, don’t be fooled by the pictures. The hallway to the rooms have carpets & very dirty. The lifts need a good scrub, looks like drinks have been spilt & not cleaned. Our balcony was very dirty & hadn’t been cleaned for a long time as very stained. Reception staff miserable & rude. The restaurant set up crazy. Have to walk in through the door then carry your food back out to the pool area, while the staff use the door that goes directly into the food area. Staff getting food while the restaurant still open for customers, no tables set up with napkins, knives, forks etc. I asked if there was any melon I was told no the restaurant closing, it was 30 minutes before it was due to close. The location is the best part, directly onto the beach & to the main strip for bars etc. It’s a shame as could be a great hotel needs to updating & customer service training.

Not enough parking facilities, had to park quite a distance away to start with, after complaining to reception a member of staff who was going off shift gave up her parking space for me. Hotel could do with some TLC, a few staff were welcoming but most looked fed up with being there. Some of the outside furniture was falling apart Food was well cooked, and presented well.

Shame!!
The hotel needs a serious renovation! No security at all. Sun-beds occupied by non residents! The elevators were very busy and full of residents baring no masks. Too expensive for what you get! You pay a lot of money just for the position! What an awful experience!

Clean and convenient! But that’s all!
Rooms were clean. Paid for sea view, provided with a side sea view, that was closer to the sea than other side sea view rooms further back!!!!. They call them sea view rooms. Had to pay for Wi-Fi, had to pay for a safe in room, had to pay deposit for pool towels. Breakfast bellow average

Needs Renovation and Refesh !
The hotel needs a renovation and a good refresh(Photos misleading). Staff were friendly and polite, did their best to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant,thank you Ivon and Michalis(Ass. Manager).Air conditioning in reception area and room was insufficient for August heat.Great and convenient location.

The hotel was clean. It’s in a fantastic position. The barman was lovely and friendly (shame some of the other staff not the same) Needs quite a bit of tweaking to make it a perfect stay. The food in restaurant was edible but no Greek options!! Had an issue with the WiFi where reception staff were trying to charge me and it clearly stated it was free on Expedia. Please note if you go half board your soft drinks are not included and you pay for these which I found strange as other hotels you had at least one free with your meal. Lots of sunbeds were broken by the pool.
