Wonderful stay in paradise
We enjoyed our stay in this cute, super clean villa. It felt like our home away from home. It was well stocked with the essentials. We felt very safe here and had a lot of privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day!! The villa was centrally located in the island where we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kyrene was an excellent host, the best we've ever experienced. She was very attentive and friendly with whatever we needed. She even gave us a ride to the beach one day! Cabbage beach was not as bad as we anticipated with vendors approaching us. We were able to bargain each day for an umbrella as well as chairs. The water was crystal clear turquoise color and gorgeous. We didn't want to leave!! We also went to Rose Island and swam with the pigs. This was truly the highlight of our trip. The beach was so amazing. So clean and beautiful. Had a wonderful island lunch as well! Great drinks too ;-) We definitely would recommend this villa and having Kyrene as a host. This trip exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to coming back one day.

A wonderful break from the snow
My husband, son and I enjoyed a quiet respite this week in January. For two of us it was a break from the winter weather, for the third a chance to just unwind. Kyrene is by far our favorite host. From the beginning she provided helpful, thorough information. If you go, our favorite outings were to swim with the pigs on Rose Island and then a trip to see and snorkel withe turtles. Unforgettable for us landlocked types!

MUST Stay!
Everything about this place was a blessing! It was truly a five minute walk to Atlantis, restaurants, beaches, and more! The property was spacious and so much better than any hotel room. We had access to grill out on our private patio, a full kitchen, an awesome pool that was great size for the kids and adults, the host was a wealth of knowledge, the golf cart was so fun to drive for a day, and it was all around a PERFECT trip. This was a home away from home and not stuck in a small hotel room for a week. We are so grateful to have found such a gem!!!

Great property amazing hosts!!
Let me start by saying the Kyrene is hands down the best host of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The communication was perfect, she was actually able to get us in early so we could drop our bags before we went to pig island which was a huge help. The pool was great and we basically had it all to ourselves. You’re a quick walk to Atlantis, the beach, and the ferries to get to the pig island excision with Sandy Toes. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. If you get to a grocery store you can cook any meal you’d want at the property. Taxis are easy to get being so close to Atlantis. Her binder is full of helpful information and she is a wealth of knowledge about Nassau. Kyrene and her husband are truly amazing and we hope this won’t be our last time staying at their place.

Paradise island
I could not be more happy with the Villa, the location and the host. The Villa is as pictured and absolutely spotless. It’s in a very nice area and with a gated community made me feel very safe. And the location could not be any better. It’s a 5 min walk to marina village and/dining, a few minutes further your at the Atlantis hotel. Walk the other direction about 15 min and you will be at a very beautiful and quiet beach. And the host was one of the bests host I have dealt with. Very friendly, very communicative and extremely accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Bahamas.

Perfect Place
This is a perfect place to stay with family. Great location and close to everything on Paradise Island. Kyrene was an excellent host and provided many helpful suggestions. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We highly recommend Cheryl’s taxi service and Sandy Toes pig excursion!

Daughters graduation getaway!
I don't know where to start! First of all, this is the place to stay if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and a great location. This was our first trip to the Bahamas to celebrate our daughters graduation and we booked because our son was supposed to go however his passport did not come in. Kyrene is a super hostess!! She was very informative and helpful as we had no idea what to expect. If you have never been to the Bahamas it is very expensive and she will send you info prior to your trip to help save some money. Also, she recommended Cheryl's taxi services from the airport and again we were beyond happy with the professionalism they exhibited! (If you head to the straw market in Nassau you will understand the difference in taxi services if you pay close attention). We called Cheryl's for any transportation we needed, and they were very accommodating. Kyrene also will send a list of excursions and things to do and if you catch her (she is always available) on the property she will explain why she recommends certain excursions. We went to Sandy Toes to see the swimming pigs and it was awesome! Hint, everyone heads back to the boat more than an hour before it leaves, and they brought out ginger an older pig. If you ask them questions about her and ask to take a picture, they will have her do tricks and stand up for pictures. The location of this villa is perfect to Atlantis, Violas, Cabbage beach and more. Highly recommend staying here!

Paradise Island Paradise
We stayed in two locations during our time on Paradise Island and this property was in proximity of Atlantis and a short walk to the beach. Nice community pool kept my kids occupied while we were at the property. Very clean and great communication with the owner all helped make this a great choice in stays while on the island. Would recommend and would book again.

We spent a few days in paradise island and our stay at Kyrenes house was just perfect. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped. Contrary to some other places we have stayed at, nothing was missing. Salt, pepper, water, etc… all was very well organized. Every little detail was well thought and we could just enjoy. The location is ideal. We walked most of the destinations we went to. Grocery stores, restaurant, beach were all within walking distance. This is exactly what a rental should be like. Thanks Kyrene for allowing us to stay at your house. Any time again.

Peaceful Getaway on Paradise Island
We had a very peaceful stay on Paradise Island away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis. This villa was very clean when we arrived and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Location was key as we could walk to Atlantis (for a one-day pass), Cabbage Beach, and Versailles Gardens very easily. We enjoyed the Four Seasons for lunch one day which was also within walking distance. The pool was cold in December, but would be perfect in the summer for a refreshing dip. The villa came with beach towels and sunscreen which was a bonus! Overall, we had a comfortable stay!

Heaven on Earth
We had an amazing time at the villa. Kyrene was very communicative before our trip to get us things we needed for when we arrived she also help us set up Cheryl's taxi which was also a very positive experience. Kyrenes villa was immaculate and she provided everything we needed to help us be comfortable during our stay she even left us Christmas cookies on Christmas day which made us feel so touched. Kyrene and her villa are 5 stars for sure if you want a beautiful safe place to stay reach out to Kyrene. We will definitely go back and stay again.

My friends and I had a great experience at the property. It was located close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. The power went out late one night and she walked over to check on us to make sure the gate was open for us to get in if needed. She was responsive and provided so many suggestions. I'd highly recommend this property.

A cute and cozy gem on Paradise Island
I have never felt so prepared and knowledgeable as I have renting this cute and cozy villa. The owner, Kyrene, does not skip a beat when it comes to providing you with all the information you need and then so much more. Her communication is bar none! The villa provided us with absolutely everything we needed, from kitchen amenities to bathroom and even the beach! Towels, snorkel gear, hard cooler, soft cooler, ice packs, you name it! The villa is well decorated with an ocean vibe, the beds are comfy and there are plenty of books, magazines, board and card games to help entertain you on a rainy day. Atlantis and all the restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away and even closer if you use the 2 bikes she has available! A must do is Cabbage Beach…DO NOT MISS IT! We would recommend Kyrene’s villa to anyone :-)

The location of this property could not be better. We walked to Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritavilla, Atlantis Casino and the beaches. The Marina Village at Atlantis was wonderful, dinner at Carmine’s and the music at night made it magical. We also grilled on the patio a number of times. Overall the best vacation. You can’t go wrong with this place.

excellent attention from your host, excellent location!
We organize the trip and look for a location to enjoy the beach and that we are close to the marina to make departures from there. and the villas have that. located a few minutes walk from an unbeatable beach, a few minutes walk from the marina, the arlantis that has a nice walk to explore and eat. Kyrene is attentive to everything you need and answers your messages immediately! the villa is equipped with everything you need! We will definitely be back !!!.

Great spot on Paradise Island
The Ocean Break Villas are a hidden gem on Paradise Island. Great location to all the sights. We walked everywhere for the most part. Taxis are plentiful too. Kyrene is a wonderful host, and available with any questions. We actually had a mini-crisis and Kyrene was so responsive and kind. As for the villa itself- The beds are comfortable and everything was just as the photos: cute and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pardise on Paradise Island
Oceav Villas was amazing. I will say I was partial to choosing this placed based on the décor alone. I love the beach and I enjoy nothing more than a beach theme décor. BUt with that said Kyrene Villa turned out to be more than expected. It has everything you could need from a first aid kit to a private BBQ, shared pool and shared washer and dryer. We were only on the island for 5 days and spent most of out time out and about but being able to walk home to a quiet villa was nice. The beach is about a 15-20 min walk for those of us whom are slow. This puts you on a busy part of cabbage beach. Walk further down to the right and you can find another entrance to the beach to which it is less crowded. FYI the trash cans to dispose of garbage at the end of your stay are on the outside of the gate when you first enter the complex. The beach chairs, ice chest and towels came in handy for us. We used the snorkeling gear once but would suggest cleaning the goggles with some dish soap prior to taking off for the day. Mine were a bit dirty and once I was in the water I had wished I had something to clean them with and I was continuously having to clear my mask. None the less what a great perk to have snorkeling gear. There were also some floats for the pool. Bikes which we never had an opportunity to take out but Paradise island is very small and you can walk anywhere. Would have been fun to take the bike maybe over the bridge to Potters Cay, just under the bridge to Nassau there are some food shacks. Our favorite place to eat was at the fish fry where we ate twice at Goldies and met Goldie himself. Jerk Chicken and lobster fettucine was delicious. Ok back to the Villa. We rented a car which allowed us freedom to explore. So I was pleased to see the villa had a parking space. Kyrene said there are two spaces however we only used the one. It was close proximity to the villa. The property is gorgeous. Beds are super comfortable. A/C was fab Ice maker assured the coldest beverages for us. Pool was clean We never saw or met Kyrene but I always felt like she was available. She messaged me mid way through the trip to remind us the code was changing for the gate. Thanks Again Kyrene for sharing you villa with us

Great Property
This villa is very spacious, with high ceilings, and tastefully decorated. It includes all of the amenities that you will find at a hotel and the location is within walking distance to beaches. I definitely will rent again on my next visit to Paradise Island. Last but not least, Kyrene is a gracious host.

Relaxing Villa
We had a wonderful stay. The owner was so helpful. We had groceries delivered and recommend that option if you would like to save money. I suggest bro go g breakfast foods and snacks in your suitcase with you. We had a very nice family dinner at Latitudes. Our girls enjoyed a day at the Atlantis resort. This property was about a 10 minute walk from the Atlantis and a 10 minute walk to the beach. This is a nice, quiet complex away from the business of a resort.

Two Weeks in Paradise
We had a fantastic stay at Kyrene’s property on Paradise Island. The accomodation was perfect for a family of four and walking distance to everything! The villa is well equipped and easy to settle into - a lot of the properties are rented so you can enjoy meeting new people from all different parts of the world if you are so inclined. Highly recommend going for a drink at the Four Seasons which is an easy 10 minute walk from the property. Take Kyrene’s advise and pack groceries - it’s crazy expensive. A bag of potato chips can be up to $10! We were happy to be able to cook at home some nights! Pizza from Anthony’s was good and a quick easy meal. Enjoy!

Look no further Kyrene's villa meets all your needs for a fantastic vacation. The villa is well equipped, is within walking distance to restaurants, Atlantis and Marina Village for shopping plus the beach. The pool at villa has comfortable lounge chairs and is well kept. The owner goes above and beyond to meet your vacation needs. She even gave us a ride to a restaurant the first night as it was pouring rain! We enjoyed coffee each morning on the well appointed patio. The weather was beautiful Feb 2-Feb 7, 2019.
