«We stayed one night while passing through the area but I wish it were longer. This place has gorgeous views from every window. Quiet and secluded but easy to find with fantastic instructions from the hosts. The space is so clean and comfortable with everything you need. It was the perfect layout for us to make own meals and our toddler to have his own futon bed to sleep. Can't recommend this place enough.»

«Wonderful place, away from it all, but with quick wifi to stay in touch with the world. Prairie dogs, bunnies, hummingbirds and more to help you appreciate the beautiful flora and fauna of Colorado. Easy access to all the activities we planned. Plenty of bedding, towels, toiletries and even a couple bottles of wine to help us feel at home. Wonderful fire pit, clean BBQ and horseshoes for outdoor entertainment. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Would definitely rent again!»

«The house was perfect for our family's visit to Colorado. We traveled from Rome, Georgia to Hotchkiss for my daughter's wedding at a local venue. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located to the venue. Also, it was only a short walk to a couple of restaurants, groceries and a great little coffee shop.
