«Stayed with my daughter while she was doing a stem camp in menlo park. Great amenities. Good gym, beautiful pool, free arcade. About 12 minute drive to many restaurants, shopping, target, Stanford, etc. Host was easily accessible. I found the magnetic door key to be a bit difficult at first, but with a little practice got better. You have to really push firmly. Host does say that in instructions, but he really really means it. «Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking.
