«Loved that the property is really modern and fits the rustic mountain aesthetic. It looks like it was a remodel from a previous motel? Has the essentials for a one-night stay. Appreciate the heater in the bathroom. Coming from Texas where 50s is too cold, much needed! Also, LOVVEEEE the beaver mascot on your coasters and notepad!! Cuteee!! My only negative is that there should be some additional lighting from the parking at The Outlook Lodge to the Little Beaver Inn. We weren’t sure at first ...

«Beautiful,clean, bright accomodation, easy communication with owner, nice area, 10 mins away from grocery stores, enjoyed the red rocks for short hikes, just a few miles further on higyway 67, approx a 5 mins drive. I was the first days together with my girlfriend, then stayed a bit longer on my own, very safe area, check in was very easy. you need to be able to walk stairs, loft has high ceilings very nice. «We stayed here for 5 days while looking for houses in the area and loved every minute. The space was immaculate. We didn't need anything other than a few groceries. The hosts were very welcoming and left extensive directions for everything, including recommendations on the local area for dining and activities. Very peaceful and quiet. The spacious deck was amazing - I even worked from there most of the stay. Deer would come through the yard every day and we even saw a family of fox with 5 pups ...

«Only good things to say!!!! The space was enormous and immaculate. Dressed all in white it felt pristine. One bedroom had a king and a "full" fold down futon. The second bedroom had a bunk and a full bed and the livingroom sofa that could sleep 4/5 people. If you have a LARGE crew, this is the place for you...lots of sleeping space. There were lovely upscale touches, like Calvin Klien Towels, Starbucks coffee mugs, the cutest "ball" mason jars for glasses, lovely wine glasses and a gorgeous ...

«We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.»
