Room was on the first floor near the front desk area. The room had spider webs, the refrigerator did t fit in the cupboard, bed was uncomfortable.

Very bad staff very bad behaviour with his clients forcefully told us to get out of the hotel. I was booking was there, but they never let us enter in the property very very rude and bad manager who told me with my wife and two small babies to get out of the hotel because they don’t have any place for us And the girl name Jennifer was very very bad and behaviour with us

The help were always very helpful and informative...and polite! The property was very well maintained. I really liked that it was on the 'edge" of town...but very easy to 🚶 into the shops and restaurants etc.

Weve been staying here at least once a year for at least 20 years. The last few times, we thought they were off their game, but were very pleased with this visit. The place is still outdated and worn, but they have made some security upgrades, and it was clean and quiet. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location; right on the main drag.

The inside of the hotel is still pretty good, room ok. The front of the hotel has been really neglected and needs upkeep. I’ve been going here for 35 years, really sad to see it go to seed. It looks like a property that is getting ready to shut down.

Above and beyond ask about late check in if your gunna stay out late they might give you the courtesy they went above and beyond for me and my gf even the next day at late check out 1 pm they offered to hold our bag for any ammount of period of time for us to walk around a dn roam around town un rushed for breakfast and shopping. Amazing and courteous service from bring our bags to the room to free breakfast great hotel they care for the patrons

The room was nice. The fan for air conditioner kept going on and off. Difficult to sleep. Views were good front and back. Staff gave me a letter when I checked in that water would be shut off 9pm-5am. I checked with staff multiple times starting at 6am to 9:30am. Was told each time 20 minutes to an hour. Came on around 10:30 am. I involved Expedia to get one day refund. The front desk haughty attitude was the worst part. Putting a service fee on my credit card the final insult.

This property is older and in need of updating. Our room was older and needed a thorough cleaning in addition to an update. Metals were rusted, chipping paint throughout and even a small piece of drywall fell on my shoulder when I closed the sliding door. Our bathtub filled halfway with water from a backup in another room…this happened as we walked into the room for the first time. On our second day I walked down to the lobby to request light housekeeping, such as our trash. Housekeeping never arrived. We stayed three nights and our trash sat in the room the entire stay. I’m very disappointed and wish I hadn’t paid so much money to stay at this Hyatt. Never again.

Staff did not mention $30 parking fee that we thought it was free and found out when we checked out and it was on receipt which means nobody mention about $30 over night parking fee not even when we booked on line thru expedia, and at hotel either. Later I noticed that they did not tell $30 parking fee on purpose because there is free public parking lot right beside hotel parking lot, even entrance is right on hotel. $30 is valuable than cheating customers in marketing wise ? I don’t know about that I will never go to there this hotel and tell my friends and families not to either

Very good choice for exploring the town. Excellent restaurants in the area, easy parking. I wish the hotel had more bikes that would be available. The interior and exterior a little outdated. Overall it was a good stay

We stayed in a quiet, clean and spacious canyon facing room. It had a working fridge, Keurig machine, coffee, 2 bottles of water, good coffee, tea...etc. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and had free underground parking. It's in a excellent centrally located area with many shops and restaurants all within a walking distance. I did not use the internet nor the TV.

Booked two rooms and requested that they be connected. To make sure that this could be done, I phoned from Canada and they confirmed that we would have connecting rooms. We arrived to find that this was not the case. After much time spent at the front desk, we did manage to get to get connecting rooms for the following day. This consumed a good deal of time and the people at the front desk were pleasant but really did not seem to know from one shift to the next what was on. The other difficulty was breakfast, which we paid for at the time of booking through Expedia and this was listed as Amenities: Free Breakfast. However, when we went to breakfast we found that it was only free to a certain extent and in the end we had to pay an extra $114.11 C. This should be a concern for Expedia since Expedia said that the accommodation included “free breakfast” so Expedia needs to define what “free breakfast” means.

It is very centrally located downtown Palm Springs. Big rooms with view of golf course. Just a bit noisy at night with cars going by. Staff are very helpful

Hotel is old but still dicent. However, we park our car in the hotel parking lot, and when we left, we saw the a nail on the tire. We had no choice but just run to the only tire shop opening at Sunday. 300 boxes to change a new tire.

Absolutely terrible! Paid $350 for a Sunday night and I felt like we were at a Motel 6! No towels by pool asked 4 times only to be told they were washing them. There were only 10 people by the pool. Had to go get bath towels from our room. There were only 2 bath towels provided in the room so I requested more to be sent to the room. They never arrived so we had to dry off with hand towels. When I expressed my concerns with the front desk they could care less so I asked for a manager. I was told no manager was on duty (right, no manager on the entire property)! Don’t waste your money here!

This property is perfectly located. Unfortunately, it is is desperate need for updating. The room need numerous repairs. Faucets loose, tiles falling off, doors rotting, etc. The carpets need cleaned, etc. We love the location, but please upgrade the property.

Better Options Out There
The rotunda sure looked nice. And the room overall wasn't terrible. But this place leaves a lot to be desired. We were in the wing that overlooks Downtown in the front and the golf course in the back. The wing looked like it was last updated in 1990. And it didn't look particularly clean or well-maintained. Within the room there were a couple issues. 1) Leaky bathtub faucet. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. 2) Rather loud HVAC system. Loud in general but it rattled too. 3) The additional resort fee is a bit of a joke but it is what it is. 4) The bedding. Just awful. The sheets were rough and uncomfortable. They either don't want to wash their duvets or refuse to buy ones that fit the beds. Ours was too small for the bed and was sandwiched in between sheets (personally I don't like it, but I do understand it's a thing). But come on, at least give me a decent quality blanket of the correct size. Not a great stay, but nice enough for two nights.

Worst Hyatt ever. Our room's trash wasn't taken out, there was a used wet towel in the bathtub, a used soap on the bath counter and puke smell on the couch. Dingy rooms and dirty place. Reception staff is good.
