Mye for pengene
Meget bra service, hyggelig ansatte både i resepsjonen og i baren/restauranten. Var lavsesong så det var god plass rundt svømmebassenget. Rommene var rene og det var dusj med glassdør og et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap og microovn. Sengen var meget god. Noe lytt i mellom rommene. Var gratis parkering for Hilton Honors medlemmer. Kort vei (med bil) til det meste. 15-20 minutter gange til handlegaten El Paseo

Our room was terrible. Carpet lifted exposing rusty nails. T Dirty wash rag having on the rail of bathroom. Mold on the bread at their breakfast. So sad. We always stay at a embassy suites and this was really bad.

No ac on the unit I reach to front desk and told me that they couldn’t move me to another room do to them being fully booked. Front desk advise me to contact Expedia to get a refund notes were taken from front desk have in mind that my stay was at palm desert temp can reach up to 100 degrees and no windows

Overall an ok place. When we got to our room the previous tenant had either left/forgotten their backpack full of goods, along with a bag of toiletries in the bathroom. This was a bit concerning, since whoever cleaned the room, prior to our arrival didn't notice and remove them. Room cleanliness should have been better. The breakfast experience was fantastic, as they offer fresh, custom made omelettes and the food variety and freshness was surprisingly good. Location is nice as it's fairly close to Palm Springs.

Great location! Lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Hotel has a nice pool and breakfast each morning was good. I enjoyed the cocktail hour as well! Although theTV in the main area of our room didnt work , the one in the bedroom did. Couch is old and run down and bathrooms are overly small compared to the size of the suits.

This property was a bit run down. There was no enforcement of their no smoking policy or noise level . blasting boom box at the pool in the early evening and at night around 9:30. There also was a $12.00 parking fee, per day and if you needed Wi-Fi had to pay $9.75 per day.

Tv was not working. Room was not very clean and had a strong and unpleasant odor- smelled like chemicals- getting your hair permed at the salon. The sliding door would not open.

We had booked Mother's Day getaway from May 9th - 14th with Hilton. During our five nights stay, none of the day the room housekeeping was done. Everyday, when I go to the front desk to take the towels, the reception staff will just make a note.

The property is a bit tired, needs some updates.The bathroom in particular could use some remodeling. The stairway doors were not well marked. Trash was present in the stairwells and corridors.

The property is in need of upgrades. The bathroom could have been cleaner and taken care of the damage that had been done. Faucet was dripping all the time, the door had bad water damage and shortage of towels and we finally had to get them ourselves because staff never brought them. Charging for parking is so inappropriate in this location. Probably not staying there again.

Walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear people next door loud and clear. I could hear those above us walking around as if they were wearing cement boots. There were leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom and hallway and above the other sink in the bedroom. There was one tiny bar of soap for two sinks that were in different areas. There was no soap on the shower and the shower gel container was empty. When we brought all these up with the indifferent staff they basically shrugged it off. Terrible service. They should change the name to the Embarrassing Suites instead of Embassy Suites. Will never ever trust one of that chain again espy for that price. We could have gotten a better deal at a cheap motel.

You will hear every noise in the room above you. Even after complaining and switching rooms, it was still loud. We could hardly sleep with the noise. We had property taken from our room even though we did not ask for housekeeping.

Too many people for small location and rooms. Pool was busy, dining room busy with long lines and overall loud. Also, remodeling happening which added to noise level. I didn't feel relaxed and will not return.

The check-in process and customer service was excellent, however, the housekeeping of the room left a lot to be desired. Stayed 3 days, the bed was never made and only received clean towels once, but the trash can was emptied of the Kleenex or Q-tips everyday.

The staff at the front desk were nice and the parking was pretty easy, but that’s about it. When we got there the person at the front desk told us the room was still not ready and that the latest would be 4 pm wait time. Well The room was not clean, we booked a two bed room suite and when we got there the sofa was dirty the sheets on one of beds had stains on them, the tv didn’t have a remote controller, the coffee machine was dirty on top of that when we asked for room service the cleaning lady was not very nice and maybe she was in a hurry to leave her shift so she Mickey moused the cleaning, and she only changed the sheets because I pointed it out. Wouldn’t stay here again if I’m being completely honest.

The door in the restroom was broken and it wouldn’t close. I shared rooms with my friend and it was very awkward using the restroom.

The room was fine but the photos make it look like a resort which it isn't. It's an old building with low ceilings. But the rooms are clean and carpet is new. The mattress was comfortable. And the person who checked us in was very nice but she told others about breakfast and happy hour didn't say anything to me. I wouldn't stay here again but it was fine.

After reading the reviews we were nervous about our booking.... However The price for the rooms are totally reasonable, when you add in the savings of having a full breakfast included plus a "happy hour" with 2 free drinks per adult?! Every day... Yea the rooms are older, outdated etc but they are working on updating them. Maybe its not for you of youre into fancy hotels. But for a family with kids its perfect. All we cared about was a pool and sunshine in palm springs. Very handy staying here with 3 kids as its a 2 min walk to albertsons , dominos, taco del mar. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. We will be back with the kids.
