We do apologize that it was not to your liking.

There is only housekeeping service Monday thru Friday by request. You have to take your dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. The hotel is dated.

I never stayed at this hotel they refused my stay because I did not have a hard copy of my New York state driver's license even though I had other forms of ID that could verify that it was me including my birth certificate social security card and a retired DMV license with the same ID number since I was 16 years old I then was outside organizing my things sitting down so that I could make my journey off the property more easily done with my dog and I was approached by one of the desk Representatives working there until to leave right away it can't stay there and I said I had no intention to stay there I was just rearranging things it would be easier for me to get around with my dog. The staff was very much uncompassionate and I would never use this location again

Thank you Linda for sharing. The hotel has a policy and the Staff is to enforce the policy. We are very sorry you did not have a physical ID but that is a requirement at our hotel for safety and security . We would recommend going and getting your physical ID so in future travels you will not run into this issue.

We would like to clarify that the charges you mentioned were not related to your room but rather incurred due to the extensive cleanup required after your gathering at our pool area. Regrettably, your group of over 20 people caused significant disruption by spreading food around the pool, damaging property including umbrellas and pool furniture, and accessing restricted areas such as our storage unit. Furthermore, the incident led to the closure of the pool due to safety concerns, as foreign objects were found in the water, and the surrounding area was left in a disorderly state. The charges reflect the costs associated with restoring the pool area to its original condition and ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests

This hotel charges for everything, late check out, early check in, too much ice, if you don’t return your parking pass. We were charged a cleaning fee for something we did not do! Our room was dirty, the pillow casings were yellow and the bathroom curtain was broken! Front desk staff and manager were very nasty. Don’t waste your money staying here!

This is our first and LAST stay at this place. The rooms are very dated and small. The sink is detached from the bathroom. You close the door to use the toilet, then open the door to wash your hands - GROSS!!! The refrigerator had a red stain in the bottom. The microwave was dated and inoperable. We had to go downstairs to report an issue with the microwave and Mario at the service desk told us it would not be replaced since we were only booked for one night. A bulb was out in the room. The extra towels located underneath the sink area were wet due to pipe leaking so we had to go back down stairs to request more since the phone in the room was not working and we couldn't get through to down stairs on out cell. The pool was CLOSED due to maintenance. The quality here SUCKS. We would like a REFUND!!!! I also have photos.

Please allow us to express our sincerest apologies.Your feedback is very important to us.Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the Microwave not being plug in and the one light bulb not working in the room above the bed and have addressed these with our Maintenance Dept. We do understand that in some hotels the vanity area and bathroom area are together in one room, Unfortunately, we were a Jamerson Inn before we became a Quality Inn and the structure of the building was set up this way already. We continuously strive to meet your needs and expectation.

It's great to hear that the staff were friendly, but I understand that having to switch due to the heat not working in your room as it was chilly here in Florida at 65 degrees outside. I've stayed here 3 times with my family and all 3 times the rooms smell like damp. They have moisture bags hanging or dehumidifiers in the rooms. Rooms are outdated. They sell beverages, but NOT milk bc thats only for breakfast. Other than that, its walking distance to a lot of restaurants and gas stations in the surrounding shopping center. Staff is friendly.

The air conditioner was so full of mold that I had multiple asthma attacks throughout the night. It was dangerous and scary.

Overall the property was clean and nice, the room had a bit of a musty smell due to humidity which they were trying to manage. Also, while it was a pet friendly hotel, it was not as pet friendly as I expected. Upon check in was told that my dog could not be left in the room unattended, and if they were, I would be fined and told to leave.
