«Very nice apartment, well stocked with essentials & towels. Super comfortable beds. Location is easy access to downtown Bentonville and 5 minutes to 49 for Bella Vista and Rogers. Quiet and private setting. Would absolutely stay again!»

«Tucked away little secluded spot, decorated with a fishing theme since it’s right on the water. Steps down to the private dock so maybe not ideal for very young children. Very clean inside with all the amenities needed. Close to Branson without being in the middle of all the traffic. Perfect for our family and will definitely be staying again.»

«The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.»

«What a great spot and space. The area was quiet and the unit was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's biking distance or a short drive to all the trailheads. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. Again a short walk or drive to downtown where there is ample free parking in the evenings. This certainly makes it easy for an after dinner ice cream and stroll. Even the Crystal Bridges Museum is only a 40 minute walk.»

«No wi fi, couldn't get our cell phones to work until we left the neighborhood. The three steps in had no bannister ( problem for my husband who walks with a cane). No grab bar to get in and out of tub. Otherwise, had a nice clean room and a good bed. Probably great for a younger couple if they don't need wi fi.»

«If you like staying in historic and unique places, Up On Main will fit the bill. Right in the middle of historic downtown and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, we still enjoyed privacy on the porch/backside entry. We stayed for a month and fixed a lot of our meals at home, too, and there was sufficient kitchenwares for this. The owner was quick to respond to any messages although I think we only contacted him twice in the whole month. Highly recommend.»
